This Mid-Century home has a new, modern kitchen, all new windows, new furnace and A/C, a real wood-burning fireplace, 4K HD TVs, fast Wifi. arcade games, a seasonal fire pit, Stainless Steel BBQ, and an EV Charger for your Tesla and other vehicles.

Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, great for walks, jogging, and mountain biking. Just a short walk to an easy hike along a beautiful stream that ends in a small waterfall (directions inside the house).

Sit outside under the covered patio, bird watch, and enjoy the trees and breeze.

Pets are welcome. The yard is 90% enclosed (complete enclosure coming in 2025). Wild animals are known to walk around and through the property. We suggest you keep your pet on a leash at all times. Javelina and skunk can appear out of nowhere especially at night. The lot is very safe and we've never had an incident, but we like you to be safe.

There is a small gate to block off the laundry room area. If you need to leave your pet unattended, please block them off in this area. If you pet can jump over the gate, then arrange to bring a crate or bring them with you.

Parents: There is a pack n play and booster seat in the house. If you require anything else, ask about rentals from a local business.

Floodlight Cameras are facing the front, carport, and rear of the house. These cameras are there for your safety and security. Upon request, any recorded footage will be deleted after checkout.

Beautiful Prescott Home

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed plus more. Easy to find everything. Clean and well organized. We even saw 6 deer walking on path next to house. The host was very responsive with our question(s). We were there for a soccer tournament plus family time. Thank you, Mike!

Would rent this property again and again

I rented this property to house our four adult grandsons during a family celebration. It could not have been more perfect. Some property descriptions will state how many people a house will sleep, but I specifically needed a house with four distinct bedrooms. This was it. The house is beautiful and the amenities were much appreciated. And to boot, the host was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Overall, this was an outstanding experience!

Great Place! Perfect experience.

I like how everything was accounted for every appliance was available, clean and everything you need was close at hand. The area is spectacular and there is so much to do so close by. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.

An unexpected pleasure

My brother passed away unexpectedly in Dewey. Had sister-in-law there and a niece and nephew in Phoenix and it just was the perfect location to get together for this unexpected tragedy. I booked a five nights stay which I knew would be plenty of time to get my business handled. After all the tears were shed, my relatives took off, which gave us one night to recoup before our journey back to Northern California. I was so tired. I contacted the owner and asked for another night. he responded quickly and said he had nobody coming in the next day, take your time and relax. The next day we went out and enjoyed ourselves so much and that beautiful town came home to the beautiful house and thought to ourselves. Why the hell are we going home now? Wound up staying five extra nights! I wish there was a rating scale that could put this house way over a ten for cleanliness, but I have never ever rented a home and I rented way more than a dozen that was this clean and well appointed. I will come back here as often as possible because not only is the house magnificent but the town and the people and the restaurants were also at a scale above the rest. I want to say thank you very very much to the host once again for giving us this wonderful time and memories with my family.

Nana's B-day Weekend

What a wonderful Birthday weekend getaway. It was our 2 adult children, 2 granddaughters (ages 2&4), my husband and myself. There was plenty of room for everyone. Arcade Row was a big hit. Loved the volume optional button. One of the best vacation rental kitchen ever. Top quality appliances to bake/cookware all labelled with a place for everything and everything in it's place. I love that! Thanks for everything Mike. We really appreciate you allowing Zena (our dog) come last minute. We had such a fun relaxing time that we are already checking our calendars to rebook soon. Loved all the 'extras'

This home is a great place to come back to after exploring Prescott, or to hang out in to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Extra touches such as games, coffee bars, extra towels, kitchen items are very appreciated. Host was very responsive to questions.

Great location, cozy place

This location was ideal for us - close to town and family we were visiting, and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for the seven of us, a spacious back yard with hatchet-throwing target (my husband promptly ordered one for our home!) and we appreciated having a Play and Pack travel crib available for the 2 1/2 yr old. The arcade machines were a hit with the guys - a nice touch. Just a heads up - the walls were a bit thin with the bedrooms/bathrooms in close proximity. Also, the king bed is quite high in the master bedroom; perhaps not ideal for people under 5'5", although you can use the wood base to haul yourself up. Neither were deal-breakers for us and we would stay again without hesitation.

Cozy and well-appointed

We enjoyed our stay. The interior was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with extras such as spices, cooking oils, oatmeal packets, and an abundance of coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, as there's a great hiking trail just minutes from the home. Kids loved the arcade. Thanks again, Mike, for sharing your home with us.

Nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though it was located on a corner lot the traffic noise was not noticeable indoors. Host responded quickly to my questions. Home was very clean and had many little extras for adults and children. Nice backyard but would be nice to have the backyard fully enclosed for young children and pets. Good location.

Pleasantly Unexpected Snow Trip

Our stay was incredible. We drove in from Southern California with our young kids and by the time we were in Arizona (ahead of schedule) Mike had already messaged that we could check in before the normal check in time as the house was ready. The house was equipped with everything we needed to keep the kids busy and deal with/play in the snow. We were able to cook every night and live with the comforts of home. We will book this house every time we come to Prescott!

Great stay - with an EV charger!

Everything about the place is top notch. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. We drove our electric vehicle up from the valley. It was such a nice piece of mind to have a charger there for us. All conveniences are there, and professionally displayed. Our bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good water pressure. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Thanks for a relaxing place to stay!

One of my favorite VRBO stays I've had. Very clean, organized, many thoughtful extras provided; bathroom toiletries, kitchen essentials, spices, coffee/tea/cocoa, big variety of powder creamers, Hot/Cold Mugs with lids, big variety of appliances, space heaters in every room to take the edge of on cold nights or mornings. Great location in the pine trees; we saw several deer each morning & birds at the feeder hanging outside the dining room window. Plenty to do and enjoy while in the home, books, games, puzzles, TV

Exceeded our expectations

Our wonderful getaway in the pines began before we even set foot on the property thanks to Mike's friendly email communication. He truly cares about his guests' experience. We were there for a three day 70th birthday weekend with five adults and two kids. The home is exactly as pictured - light and airy; comfortable and immaculate. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and well-stocked coffee bar. Our grandsons, 3 1/2 and 51/2, were mesmerized by the game room. The property is a huge plus for families. We spent hours outdoors, playing cornhole, kicking soccer balls and best of all, enjoying s'mores around the firepit. The location is close to downtown Prescott and some easy family hiking and activities. We highly recommend and hope to return someday.

I loved the openness of this house. It sits on half an acre of pine and oak trees. The house is 2 miles from the Court House and Whiskey Row making it an ideal place to get away from the Phoenix heat, see some wildlife and possibly snow. But still close enough to shopping, dining, and entertainment

Each room has a theme. The Tree Room, The Animals Room, The Water Room, The Flowers Room. We tied in local flavor with historic photos of Prescott and the surrounding area, reminding you this is a frontier town with a lot of history and charm.

Have fun playing our stand-up arcade video games. Extra large "smokeless" fire pit available in the winter months!

Charge your Tesla, and other Electric Vehicles. 50amp ChargePoint Flex, 11.5kW charger. This will add almost 40 miles per hour of charging. Has a J1772 plug on the end. Tesla owners, please bring an adapter. Contact the host with any other questions.
