Denna villa är vacker och rymlig med en modern känsla i hela, har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett tvåbäddsrum och en familj badrum, vardagsrum / matsal med TV, DVD och wifi och en mycket modernt, välutrustat kök med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin , mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare.

Altandörrar leder till en topp terrass med massor av externa sittplatser även utanför matplats med utsikt över poolområdet. Poolen själv är riktigt stora på ca 9x5m, definitivt tillräckligt med utrymme för hela familjen att njuta av ett dopp tillsammans. Villan är inte förbises så har en stor privat trädgård.

Excellent villa with exceptional service from owner

Phoned owner to say we were on Lanzarote, she allowed us to check in early and was on site to meet us, helped us to settle in. Welcome hamper on arrival was a really welcome site and thoughtfully produced. We found the villa exceptionally clean and very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the pool sparklingly clean and much larger than average. All these factors gave us one of the best holidays we have ever had. The gold star however must go to Ruth the owner, we had a small request which she addressed immediately and then checked that all was satisfactory.

Nice villa if you don't want peace and quiet

We arrived at the villa and were met by Ruth who was extremely helpful. The villa itself is as the photographs. The TV is difficult to operate as it is satellite based and you need to switch the TV and satellite on in a certain way otherwise it keeps cutting out. The main problem was noise. Monday to Friday we had heavy machinery building noise which we understand is not controlled by the owner but we should have been advised. We were fortunate that we did not have noisy neighbours as the walls between the 2 villas are paper thin to the extent that you can hear a conversation in the next villa, let alone the shower, toilet flush etc which wakes you at night. All in all not a good experience but purely down to noise. Ruth is a very nice person but needs to realise that people work hard to save for holidays and do not want them spoiling in this way.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Perfect Family Villa

Stayed here in August with a 3 year old and a 4 month old baby. The property was as pictured, the pool area is great as is it large and warm, perfect for our young children. The location of the villa is a quiet neighborhood just outside of playa Blanca there are some empty villas that look like they require renovation but certainly not a building site. Its only a 3 min drive to all the facilities, Marina etc. Ruth was a perfect chalet host and when we requested a few items she was very accommodating. The villa does get warm at night so air conditioning would be ideal, but apart from that I can’t fault it.

Loved the villa very modern

Great holiday at this villa the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the villia was a bit far away frim the town and some of the buildings next to the villa were derilict but villa itself was lovely

Nice Bright and airy Villa in quiet location just a short drive from the Marina/harbour

Me and My son had a nice peaceful break at New Year. The villa is private and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun during the day and cooked some meals in the villa visited Playa Blanca on a few occasions. The villa had all the cooking facilities and was clean, bright and quite minimalistic. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool was very refreshing in January! I'd recommend visiting the Volcano National Park and the caves at Jameous in the North of the Island.

Great villa

We stayed in thus villa for 11 nights in July 17.the owner Ruth met us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful.the villa was clean and spacious with a great size pool.it is a 15/20 minute walk to dorada beach which we did some days but also had a hire car.The villa also had full sky package which came in useful for the kids.A great stay...thanks Ruth

excellent in all respects

We had such a lovely stay at villa Ruth! it is an extremely spacious, modern, and very well equipped villa . The pool is large and private and the villa, grounds, and pool are absolutely spotless. We hired a car to explore the island and we did feel that is was necessary as the villa is located a little way from the beach and shops. Vehicle hire is very cheap and useful if you wish to travel further afield. Ruth is a lovely lady, very welcoming and was just a phone call away should we had needed her. Altogether a great place and a great holiday , will definitely be going back

Villa Ruth

Villa Ruth was clean, comfortable and well equipped. An outside shower would be a bonus. We would have given five stars but for the glitches with the television and wifi, which Ruth endevoured to rectify. This was our second visit to Villa Ruth and we look forward to returning. A car is not essential as the beach and Playa Blanca are approx 10 minute walk and taxis are cheap.

Clean, comfortable, modern, spacious villa

Villa Ruth was a comfortable, clean, spacious, modern villa with all mod cons. Ruth herself was very warm and welcoming and even organised a taxi for us when we were leaving. The villa is approx two kilometers from both Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada an easy and straightforward walk if you are so inclined, but taxis are plentiful and car hire reasonable. The only drawback we could see is, only one bathroom, which for us was not a problem, but for a larger group might be. The television service needs to be looked at as it was impossible to watch, as the tv froze every 6-10 seconds and then the screen went blank. Guest should be advised on arrival re cockroaches and ants and all food should be kept sealed, and perhaps insect spray provided. An outside shower would be good to use after the pool rather than having to go through the house These are minor things and overall our stay at Villa Ruth was very good and we would return and recommend it. Modern, private & great pool!

We stayed in villa Ruth w/c 19th March 2016 with our 2 children (11 & 6). The villa has been thoughtfully furnished & is well equipped with all the essentials & satellite TV. The outside space is private with two terraces & large pool area. The villa has a basement, great for the kids to cool off & equipped with books, games etc to keep them entertained. The nearest supermarket is a good 10 minute walk into Playa Blanca resort, but shops & beach were all within easy reach & taxis were approx €3. We were greeted by Ruth herself who was so helpful in orientating us & provided a fabulous welcome pack. Overall this is a great, private location near Playa Blanca & with a hire car an ideal base to explore the island. Don't miss the huge market in Teguise on Sunday morning & nearby Papagayo beach. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Perfect location and beautiful Villa

My partner and I have just returned from a week stay at Villa Ruth.. On arrival to Playa Blanca we were advised to phone the owner as she wanted to welcome us to the Villa. This was great as we got a bit lost and she came and meet us and we were able to follow her to the Villa.. She couldn't have been friendlier and even handed us a welcome pack with all the essentials and some extra goodies which were really appreciated as it was getting quite late to be hunting for a shop.. The Villa had everything we needed and very comfortable , great location and very quiet . It's a good 15 min walk to the centre and beach . Would we go back to the same Villa ? Absolutely YES and hopefully next time we will take all our family and book the next door Villa too as that also belongs to Ruth who kindly showed us round on our last day .. We didn't want our holiday to end , a truly lovely place .. Thank you Ruth 👍
