Lighthouse Point 11C är en lägenhet på översta våningen som ligger bara några steg från stranden och poolen och erbjuder gästerna en fantastisk semesterupplevelse på Tybee Island. Tillbringa timmar med att koppla av på balkongen medan du njuter av vacker utsikt över bukten, fartyg, räkor från din privata balkong. Njut av en semester vid stranden med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet!

Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV med kabelanslutning, en bäddsoffa för drottning och inkluderar en inbyggd våt bar. Det finns ett matbord med plats för upp till 4 och ytterligare uteserveringar för fyra på balkongen. Det stora sovrumsmöblerna har en king size-säng och en smart-TV, bifogat badrum och har tillgång till balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. Gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en Smart TV. Det andra badrummet ligger i hallen precis utanför sovrumsdörren och har en badkar och duschkombination. Dessa lägenheter är ett utmärkt alternativ för familjen resor till Tybee Island.

Lighthouse Point 11C ligger på tredje våningen för maximal utsikt. Det finns ingen hiss i denna byggnad, och denna lägenhet har endast tillgång till trappor till tredje våningen. Det finns också community WIFI för gästanvändning vid poolområdet tillsammans med dedikerad WIFI för bara din användning av enheten. Två reserverade och täckta parkeringsplatser tillgängliga. Utrymmen är smala, så stora fordon kanske inte passar.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums ligger på den lugna norra änden av Tybee Island, direkt vid bukten där floden Savannah möter Atlanten. Njut av spektakulär utsikt och långa promenader på norra änden av Tybee. Tillbringa timmar med att kombinera stranden för skal och skatter. Stränderna på norra änden är naturliga och fridfulla utan verkliga vågåtgärder. Se delfinerna spela och fartygen som reser genom kanalen. Lighthouse Point är ett gated lägenhetskomplex med privat tillgång till stranden, tennisbanor, lekplats, två stora pooler (45X25 och 50X20) och en barnpool (18X10). Komplexet ligger i Fort Screven, nära Tybee Island Light Station och museum.

Great vacation

Great location ! Enjoyed watching the cargo ships. Condo was like pictured and clean. Short enough drive to restaurants. Even though it was on 3rd floor without elevator, we all managed quite well. I would suggest is installing grab bars in showers, especially traveling with older parents. Great time !

Would not stay here again

Great view Too many stairs No parking under the unit we stayed in. Shower drain in master bath was very slow Floor in other bathroom slanted It’s a 1/4 mile to the beach not 100 feet Kitchen faucet and sink need to be replaced Glad we went in the off season, you could hear kids running back and forth in the condo below us, luckily they went bed early and only stayed one night. Also could hear music from another condo.

Great condo with a view

The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We saw lots of ships and some dolphins. Tybee Vacation Rentals was a great host. We enjoyed the amenities they provided. Be prepared to get your exercise walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs. We recommend this property.

Perfect last minute getaway

This was our second time staying at this complex at it didn’t disappoint! We love this quiet end of The island and would highly recommend renting bikes for some early morning/ early evening exploring when it cools down. Will say that the 3rd floor is not for the feint of heart!! Be ready to burn some calories each day!!

Nice view

Great clean place to stay & although the view is great being on the 3rd floor , the walk to the beach is farther & view of beach & dolphins less visible. Main issue is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs it could be an issue. Overall enjoyed the stay & would stay here again

Lighthouse Pointe 11c

This condo is very clean with all of the conviences of home. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. My only complaints are the five flights of stairs to get to the condo. It was very hard to get our luggage up them. Also the walk to the beach is ridiculous. We were worn out by the time that we got down there after carrying all of our beach chairs. The seagulls have taken over the beach. They are so loud that you cant even hear what someone right next to you is saying. This was our 1st & last time to Tybee. There was NOTHING to do & no decent places to eat.

Great Peaceful Vacation Property

The company that manage this property are great! They were extremely helpful! We added a extra day to our stay with no issue at all. We arrived to tybee almost 6 hours early to our book in time. We mentioned that we were early to the property manager who was able to quickly get the room ready for us so we could go ahead and get settled after a 10 hour drive. We ended up staying 9 days and it was amazing! A couple things that I think potential renters should know that are not mentioned are as follows. 1. You are on the top floor with no elevator so make sure you are able to carry a weeks worth of luggage up 3 flights of stairs. 2. The listing said this rental was 1500 square feet. It however is 900 square feet at most. 3. You have private access to the beach and it is beach front with beautiful views but it is not 100 feet away to the water. It is about 150-200 yards to the water. A small walk over a wooden walk way then 150 yards of thick bushes with a small pathway. It is beautiful and easy to get to but once again potential renters should know you do not step off your deck onto the beach like you would think. I would like to say again this is a amazing place to stay and the people who run the property are amazing. I just thought it might be worth mentioning the 2 above things in case a person in your group struggles with stairs or long walks this might not be the exact spot for them. Overall though it was amazing and I already have a count down started with my family when we return to this exact place for our next vacation in the fall

August 2020 Stay

The service that TVR provided was awesome! We had a wonderful time on the island. A few things I wish I'd known: the property was a bit of a walk to the beach front. I thought it would be closer, and it was tough to manage with two small kids. Also, the queen mattress in our property was very uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good night of sleep and feel recharged. I think being more clear about how this property has an ocean view but is still a 10-15 minute walk to the beach would be helpful, as well as a mattress upgrade. Otherwise, everything was great!
