Bay View Villas 203 (tidigare känd som Beach and Racquet C203) är en 2: e våningen med fantastisk utsikt över bukten, fartygen, räka båtarna och poolen från din privata balkong.

Vardagsrummet har vacker utsikt tillsammans med en drottning bäddsoffa, en 55 "TV och tillgång till balkong. Köket är helt renoverat, inklusive nya armaturer och alla nya bänkskivor. Det är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och bar sittplatser för 4. Matsalen har ett bord med plats för 4 personer. Det finns keramiska kakelgolv i hela vardagsrum och bad och laminatgolv i båda sovrummen.

Sovrummet är möblerat med en kung säng, 40 "platt-TV, och tillgång till den angränsande utomhus balkong med utsikt över bukten. Den ensuite master badrummet har totalrenoverats med en anpassad kakel duschkabin och dubbel marmor fåfänglighet. Gäst sovrummet är möblerat med en drottning säng och dagbädd. Denna lägenhet kommer att sova upp till 7 bekvämt.

Fantastic watching dolphins! Since we could see the ocean from the balcony, we could see them all day. Great view of pool. Close to pool and beach. Check in and out was easy. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfy. The beach was calm because the only waves were wakes from boats. Tide line was very unpredictable with the different sizes of boats going by. Other pool goers were playing music really loudly and even tho we enjoyed the poolView, it was loud on our balcony. Overall, we would stay at this property again.

Excellent place to stay!!! Beautiful property, views, everything.The private beach made it so relaxing. The elevators were convenient. Communication was great. We got doordash orders easily. I would highly recommend this property. Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect location

Great view! Beach was right over the dunes, super close and calm. Perfect location for relaxing. Nice and quiet and not at all crowded. Plenty of spots to walk to and the bike trail is right there too. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Perfect Tybee Getaway!

The location can’t be beat- right by the pool and a quick few steps to being right on the ocean! We loved watching the dolphins and ships come in, and the compact sand made it enjoyable (versus sand blowing in your face the whole time!) definitely would stay here again! Booking direct will save money though!

Great property

We had a great stay here! The beach and pool were quiet so it was a perfect location for traveling with our 11 month old. The only downside is the dishwasher and dryer need an upgrade - they would require several runs to be thorough. Otherwise it was an awesome place for a family trip!

Dolphins, Beach, Good Food, Good Friends

Had a wonderful time with friends staying a day on the island and then exploring Savannah the following. Having stayed in the complex before, we knew what to expect, and were not disappointed. It was wonderful, and I am sure we will come back again soon. We saw dolphins each morning, the weather was perfect, the accommodations were wonderful, and our favorite pastime was watching the cargo ships head in and out of port to destinations unknown. Wow!

Overall nice condo & stay. Pros: on the beach with ocean view from balcony, secure location, well decorated, master bath very well done, kitchen sufficient. Cons: beds & pillows are terrible, no extra blankets (only thin coverlet on each bed), & you hear a lot from upstairs neighbors. It would be awesome to have a couple of beach chairs & sand toys in the closet. For the price, I hoped for just a bit more.

Basic, clean, great views!

This is a great basic property with good views. The security gates make it safe. Access to a beach that isn’t busy and walking distance to shops and coffee makes the location wonderful. Renters should note—the property doesn’t have any beach gear, not even towels. So if you’re flying in, as we did, this makes it hard to bring those bulky items with you. Driving in—no problem. You must carry a key card with you at all times to access both the car gate and the pedestrian gate. Full washer and dryer sure are handy!

Pros: Comfortable property with modern appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and renovated master bath. Balcony has a table/4 chairs 2 rocking chairs; in early October, gets shade throughout the day. Easy beach access with a convenient shower. Property and beach are generally peaceful and quiet (except for a few issues with other guests). Fans in each room are useful given the noisy A/C at night. TV has plenty of apps.Cons: Check-in instructions were unclear. We received door codes, but the text was blank (“DOOR CODE: ”). The beach gate code provided didn’t correspond to any gate, and we weren’t given a pool key. The rental company promptly addressed the door-code issue.We arrived 20 minutes early and entered using the codes provided. However, the property had not been cleaned, and there were no cleaners around. A rental-company employee (we believe “Robin”) was extremely rude and condescending on the phone, focusing on our early arrival rather than addressing the situation. We were told to wait until four; cleaners arrived shortly before then and took nearly an hour, so we couldn’t enter until just before 5:00. The cleaners ultimately did a good job, but the elderly woman on the phone was rudeOther issues: the iron is cracked and leaks water; the master shower drains poorly; rain gets onto the covered balcony due to leaks from the upper balcony; beds are very squeaky and the edges sharp; and we killed 8 cockroaches during our stay.

Loved the space

First time staying at Tybee Island in MANY years for a mother/daughter annual trip. We loved the space. It was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and watching the traffic of the container ships. We would definitely love to come back!

We loved Villa 203

From the second we picked up our keys we were very happy riding onto the property. We loved the parking beneath building! Our villa was spacious, clean and beautiful. We arrived at night and had an amazing view of the pool. Whe. We woke up we went onto the spacious balcony and sat I'm the rocking chairs. My husband took pictures of everything. It is better than the pictures show. We will be back and we want to rent the same villa. Thank you!!

Good value for the money

Location is on a river beach versus oceanfront which we misunderstood. The views were still good and it was a short drive to all 3 ocean beaches. The property was nice and roomy. Our only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was way too hard to be comfortable and I like firm mattresses.

Great spot!

The property was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was great looking over the pool and the ocean. I would stay here again.

Our bed creaked so much it kept us awake. Very thin walls so bedroom adjoining outer hallway was noisy. Kitchen well stocked except no toaster! Wouldn’t stay here again

Worn accommodations, poor location resulting in a bad value

This was our first trip to Tybee Island and it wasn't ideal. The rental unit is on the 2nd floor with excellent near by parking under the building. The accommodations are really worn with uncomfortable sofa and side chair, a ratty looking bunch of mismatched dishes, low end appliances and below average towels, sheets, and blankets. The bed... OMG that bed was horrible absolutly considered sleeping on the pull out sofa. The balcony overlooks an EXTREMELY active shipping channel with at least 5 huge cargo ships bypassing daily creating the only waves this part of the shore gets. The pool is nothing special with one small umbrella at a corner table and a couple dozen lounge chairs. Overall I thought the value was disappointing and would not consider returning for another stay. I will say however the check in and check out process as super smooth and done via text message.

Excellent Service!

We came to preview a property that we hope to invest in and check out the management service. Every detail was excellent from reservations, check in, a super clean condo, beautiful views and fun activities. The staff answered my questions and recommended places to eat, all of which were good. We had two little kids with us and they gave it "155 Stars!"
