**From June to September 2024 the walking bridge across Gothic is under complete renovation with no direct base access. Access to the base Timbers into Chateaux and utilizing the central staircase over to the rec path or catching the shuttle at the Chateaux bus stop.**

The condo bolsters ground floor access and parking right out the front door. There are 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms with brand new mattresses (as of Aug 2023), and high quality linens and furniture throughout. The hot tub is only a few short steps from the front door for a relaxing soak after a day on the slopes or the trails.

Our unit is allotted 2 spaces and comes with 2 parking passes permits for our guest's vehicles.
