very accommodating with cancelled flight

Great place, exactly as described. Staff was very friendly. Wonderful location.. The Tiki pool bar drinks/cocktail service am added bonus. The adjacent restaurant/bar was excellent and very convenient.

Totally disappointed

Mediocre bland hotel. Pet friendly is a come on to get more money. Pets are severely restricted. Costs 50% more with a pet. Free breakfast is horrible low end junk. Will never go there again.

It was not the same property that I clicked to reserved. I was given a room in a hotel instead. the property originally I reserved # 1240914, which is advertised as a condo, however, when I arrived to that address I was given a room in the Hotel not the condo. It is very upsetting

It should be noted that parking is an EXTRA 17 a day plus trailer 25. Pool was just foggy and gross. PH levels are off for sure. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Grounds and room was clean.

Very Clean

The hotel is in a great location of town. It is very clean and hotel staff is friendly. The pool could be a little deeper so the water would be cooler, as it is pretty warm. The on-site washer-dryer facility is clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is not that appealing. The noise level os pretty excessive, with the doors slamming and people being loud in the hallls at all hours of the night. Overall it is an average hotel.

Comfortable and convenient

We loved our stay at Fairfield. The staff is remarkably kind, the pools are beautiful and refreshing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant next door is great, and there’s a lot of great places to eat nearby. It’s close to Aquarium Encounters which is a must stop for any family. We had so much fun petting stingrays and feeding tournoises. I would definitely recommend!

Clean regular hotel experience

Everything from the check in to check out was a normal hotel experience. It was clean. It was nothing different or special. The pool was good but unfortunately you could not get to the water on the premises, no beach or access area. The restaurant next door (sparkys landing) was wonderful though. We would visit the restaurant again.

Our manager would not communicate. We assumed it was a hotel room but she would not tell u the name or how to check in. We had no maid service and the garbage piled up tell I asked for removal and fresh towel. The property was five star

Average overpriced Keys hotel stay but in great location

The property is a Fairfield Inn Hotel in a great location. It has a restaurant/bar on property unfortunately closes on Sunday and Monday which was half of our stay. The advertised marina a separate fee to dock boat and we felt a bit pricey. The ramp is pretty narrow and would limit boat size and launch expertise. There are only 3 designated trailer parking spots which are not reserved for guest with boats but a free for all where cars parked during our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and pools pristine. The live music next door on the first 2 nights was really nice. Other than your hotel room and where they serve breakfast there are no lounge or seating areas inside if weather bad. Overall probably great for out of state travelers looking to be near the gorgeous blue water. It is ideal for day trips up and down the Keys, with many beaches and restaurants in close proximity. The Marina offers charters and other water excursions. The food at restaurant was reasonably priced for area and tasty with good size portions. But expect to wait 45-1hr during peak times, which in the keys could be anytime. For those traveling with boats that prefer a stay with access to launch and dock boats, fishing, indoor and outdoor gathering areas to cook and relax without crowds, other properties are better.

Mini Vacation to the Keys

No Frills Hotel. Just your regular hotel experience. You are paying the high price for the area not the hotel. Very over priced!! Stayed 5 nights and got no housekeeping services. Asked for a room refresh after day 3 but no one every came into room. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper each day. Pool area very nice. Not many restaurants in the area so the Hotel Restaurant which is an outside tiki style restaurant is very very busy. Continental Bfast is OK food is the same each day. Nice Beach about 10 mins away from Hotel. Its about a 1hour and 15 min ride to Key West.

This was where we chose to stay to finish up our 5 day Keys adventure and it didn’t disappoint!

We found this location to be close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Pools were clean and well maintained. The on-site restaurant (different owners) wasn’t open but the staff was sure to help find another close option. All in all it was what we hoped for and more!

Girls getaway

Stayed for 5 days with another friend. Easy check in, room very clean. Loved having the pool and an awesome restaurant Sparkys right next door. Will definitely return.
