Very peaceful and nice location. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The ranch dogs were also friendly. The location was also great just outside of town a few minutes. Would not hesitate to book this cabin again!!

Perfect place to relax! Close to the river and had everything we were looking for! Family friendly and awesome owners. Plus cute animals all around to be found!

The stay was wonderful, except the San Juan River was really low. Not their fault obviously. Everything was as desired. The dogs were friendly. Got along well with our dog...they played together until they were worn out. Grill performed very well. Cooked several meals on it. Plan to come back again.

Water levels on the San Juan River were almost nonexistent. There was no AC. That’s on me for not checking I guess. The house was clean. I stayed there to fish. There was really no fishing to be yet. The hosts were fine.

This Place was AMAZING!! Beautiful views, property was breathtaking and Richie the golden retriever that lives there was my buddy the whole time we were there. I would recommend staying here well worth the price and close to pagosa springs town. I hope to go back again.

Nice Cabin on the River

This place is great for easy access for wolf creek and pagoda springs. The cabin was clean and had what we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful surroundings and the cabin did not disappoint. Very relaxing and peaceful stay; very good for the soul. Dog friendly and my dogs had a blast running around the ranch and our daily walks with one of the ranch dogs.The wifi wasn't the greatest, but I suppose the weather didn't help when it was overcast. Will definitely stay again.

The host was super welcoming. We took the dog for a nice walk to the river and allong the pond.So relaxing and such a beautiful lview from the warmth of the dinner table.Looking forward to seeing it again.

Great location for going up to Wolf Creek and going into town. The location was quiet and peaceful. Would go back for sure!

River View is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. The cabin was ideal for two, cozy, warm, and inviting. Best of all was Richie, the Golden Retriever, who greeted us in the morning and when we returned from being out.The cabins were the perfect distance from Pagosa Springs; far enough to be quiet, close enough to easily get into town.The view from the breakfast window was spectacular and Amanda was a wonderful hostess.I highly recommend the cabins for anyone wishing to get away to Pagosa.

Wonderful place. We didn’t have our animals with us but next time we will ! Richie the ranch dog made our stay lol. The cabin was clean quiet and private. The owner came and visited with us and we enjoyed hearing the history of the generations of this family ranch. Absolutely recommend
