Poor street appeal - garbage in driveway and weeds all over outdoors. Clean inside. Not enough cutlery for guests to eat a meal together.

Convenient base for exploring the Sacramento area

We appreciated staying here for a few weeks. It is in a convenient location. Pool was clean. Kitchen not great for cooking -- very few pots and pans.

Great place to stay while visiting our daughter, son in law and two grandsons for Christmas. Wonderful place for us and our grown kids to spend time together. Clean, well appointed.

Clean and Nice Home

It was a really nice home, with everything we need to stay for the three days of vacation. It was loud with fireworks of neighbors that end at 12am but other than that it was great.

Great base for week-long stay

We really enjoyed our time in Sacramento and this home was great for our family of 5 (all adults). Home is in quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Other than breakfast of eggs, toast and coffee, we did no cooking. If you plan on preparing a lot of meals while staying there, ask for more details on kitchen inventory, we didn’t take a close look but you may need to bring some items with you depending on what you want to make.

Overall Excellent

Overall our stay was excellent, pretty much what we expected. The house was clean, had 4 queen beds and two bathrooms with showers. We didn't use the pool at all and really didn't spend much time at the house, but it mostly had what we needed which was 4 bedrooms and a kitchen to eat breakfast in. The kitchen could certainly use more towels, more coffee cups, more dishes and some more utensils, but no big deal overall. The owners were very responsive and nice. We will likely book this property again if we do another family reunion in Sacramento.

Pool Home...but

First off, the given door code did not open door, had to wait for handyman to come and open. The pool needs to be resurfaced, we had to wear socks to avoid scraping our feet, although it was clean. Washing machine had water leaking out of it unable to use. The stove only had 3 out of 4 knobs to turn burners on, stains on hallway carpet, the sliding screen door off the kitchen had no screen... The home is large 4 bedrooms, updated bathrooms, but no toilet paper holders and the home was clean. The picture of front of home must have been taken years ago... Ours was only a two day stay for 3 adults, we were disappointed, but stayed as we knew we would not get a refund. Unfortunately cannot recommend this home. :(

Good house for the price.

The house is in a decent location and the beds were all doible and queen. The place was clean and comfortable. If yoi have more than one vehicle you may have a problem with parking, the only place we could park was the driveway because the neighbors has cars across the front of the property. The property os for sale so the owner may want to fix that before showing the house. All in all it was a good stay and what my family needed. Thanks.

our grad vacation

We had a great time. It was a nice big place to stay with comfy beds. We had a nice time in the pool. The house is clean and roomy. the only issue is the neighbor take all the parking except driveway.

We rented this property because it was close to business meetings we were attending and we needed a place to get some well-rested sleep after long meetings. This place has a really good and quiet neighbourhood.

Great!

Even though we enjoyed our stay, the property we stayed at was NOT the one shown in the pictures. It was a completely different property so that would’ve been nice to know from the beginning. House was still very clean and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. A/C does not work so I definitely recommend packing extra blankets or sweaters to keep warm.
