Good location, but updates needed.
Check in was super easy with a digital code that was sent to us ahead of time. However, checkout was a little frustrating as our code stopped working (was turned off or expired) a whole hour before checkout time (10am), so while loading our vehicle, we were locked out of our unit. Then, the cleaning lady arrived at 930am and stood by our front door for 30 mins while we were carrying items out to our vehicle. Again, check out was 10am, not 930. :( The unit itself was nice & spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary small appliances, silverware, etc, which was nice/helpful. We used the crockpot a few times and coffee pot of course. Parking can be tricky as most all the spots are on a very steep incline, but that is unavoidable. :) The unit itself could definitely use some updates. Cracked floor tiles in master bath, old towels bars missing, but brackets still there, doorknob on master bedroom is falling off. Hallway bathroom has HOT water ran to the toilet instead of cold so it condensated all the time. Lock on hallway bath also doesn’t work/sticks. Bathtub drain in back bedroom bathroom does not drain. The grout on kitchen floor tiles was really dirty/gross. Drawer in fridge is broken with sharp plastic sticking out. I liked that the bedrooms were carpeted, but they could've used a cleaning. The unit had a ton of sand toys & wagon which we enjoyed! Washer & dryer was huge plus also as we were there for softball so we did utilize it frequently.
