This tastefully decorated gĂźte, attached to the owners' house, combines modernity and tradition, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It features a 25mÂČ terrace, a pleasant, enclosed plot of land (200mÂČ) with a swing set, sandpit, and garden furniture, as well as a carport and bicycle storage.
RESPIRANDO accommodation.
Nearby: the fortified village of Roche-en-Regnier, Retournac (6 km away) (Museum of Lace Manufactures, Romanesque church, all shops and services, whitewater sports). Ground floor: large 60mÂČ living room with kitchenette, pantry, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) with private bathrooms and toilet.
1st floor (mezzanine): lounge area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. An additional bedroom (2 single beds) with a shower and sink is available if needed. !Warning! This attic room is ideal for children or teenagers.
Geothermal heating and wood for the stove are included in the rate.
Baby equipment: 2 high chairs, folding canvas bed, bathtub.
Internet access and free Wi-Fi in the cottage.
Services available to be purchased directly from the owners:
Housekeeping service: âŹ80 (an equivalent deposit will be required)
Bed linen rental: âŹ8/double bed, âŹ6/single bed
