Endast 1. 5 miles från stranden, några minuter från närliggande torg som erbjuder matupplevelse, affärer, stormarknader, bensinstation etc. Välkända stadskärna ligger 4 miles away samt Mercato om du letar efter aktiviteter på natten.
Huset har 2 sovrum som rymmer 4 gäster, utrustade med 2 mycket bekväma Certa Gel Memory Foam Madrass för ett stort stöd och komfort. Vardagsrummet erbjuder 100% skinnsoffa och kärlekssits och en platt-TV-LED-tv som erbjuder mer än 100 kanaler. Köket är fullt utrustat med helt nya apparater, bestick, grytor och stekpannor för att laga din underbara måltider under besöket. Även på verandan hittar du mysiga möbler för att njuta av kvällen och ta ett glas vin och njuta av utsikten över våra trädgårdsbelysningar. Avskärmad uteplats och privat trädgård med en fullt utrustad grill är också en av våra lokaler. Strandkryssare är tillgängliga om du vill ha en frukost eller en kopp kaffe i en av de närliggande restaurangerna.

Fun home!

This was great! The location was near stuff and we really enjoyed the hot tub at night! House had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with as well

Perfect spot

Perfect spot. Everything was just a few mins away. Home was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Hot tub and firepit were an added bonus.Very quite neighborhood.

Relaxing get away

The property was very clean, comfortable bed and well kept up. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and fire pit. Would stay again when in the area and would recommend to family and friends.

Just right

Conveniently located, just as advertised. Perfect size. I stayed here while my daughter was at a local event. I mainly worked but was able to enjoy gazebo, front patio and screened in porch. Kitchen had everything I needed. Wifi was good but occasionally slowed down (no worse than my own house). I was able to do Teams video calls. Convenient to restaurants, retail, and local golf. Owner was super responsive and accommodating.

Lovely villa in a great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Miki has put in a lot of effort providing an impressive list of high quality amenities in the villa. This ensured our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for making our stay in Naples so memorable!

Had everything we needed!

The home was very nice and backyard fire area and set up was great! We were grateful to have bikes to take to the beach along with towels, umbrella and beach chairs! Everything we needed was there and that was wonderful not to have to think about on vacation.

Fabulous

This unit was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size and decorated beautifully. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The owner thought of everything! My dog loved the backyard. It was so peaceful and the outside lights were very pretty. The location was great. Everything was within a 25 minute drive. I would definitely stay again.

Pros and cons

Pros: backyard was great, we loved it! -very clean -roomy enough when our daughter and grandson joined us for a few days, we didn’t seem crowded. -kitchen well appointed -location close to lots of restaurants and shopping and the beach. Cons: -The back door needs replaced. It got off track and my husband had to get it back on numerous times. -poor bedroom lighting -Confused by sign about not flushing toilet paper. Really?

Lovely little property

We were only in Naples for two nights but this little property suited us just fine. Beautiful beds, well equipped kitchen and everything you could possibly need (beach towels, chairs, bbq, outside seating - you name it). Miki was an absolute pleasure to liaise with - always responding quickly to any questions. So helpful! The location was ok. We were able to walk to breakfast spots fairly easily and it was just a short drive to some of the most stunning beaches. If you’re looking for a good little spot to spend a few nights I would highly recommend.

Great beds

We arrived very tired after a long drive. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the property was. Whoever furnished the house has a good eye for detail. The espresso machine was appreciated and the back yard was great! I especially loved the beds and bedding. What does a traveler like most? A good nights sleep. The mattress was better than my own. The pillows were down, and the sheets were so soft, I couldn’t even feel them. Needless to say, I got a great nights 💤. So the next day we were off to explore- very good location. I can highly recommend this place and we’ve used VRBO at least a dozen times.

Central Naples

Great location for getting everywhere in Naples. Restaurants, shopping and the Gulf of Mexico all nearby. Super-clean, well-appointed and comfortable unit with a private fenced in backyard. Perfect for us and our dog. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Great owner...very responsive to our questions.

Clean and Cozy living!

The place was very clean and well appointed. Bed linens and mattresses were wonderful. Great, private backyard. Washer/dryer, nesspresso maker and Cuisinart coffee maker. Everything like new. And well taken care of. Very central location. Izzy’s restaurant just across highway is wonderful and has dog friendly patio seating. Mercato and 5th Ave very quick 7 min drive!
