Great stay

We enjoyed our 6 days very much. The farmhouse and back yard and screened in porch are SO lovely. We were able to use 2 different Naples beaches….so relaxing!

Great property!

Very nice property, LOVED the backyard. It was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would've hoped. The host was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Enjoyed our backyard beach

The house is cute and comfy. Close to everything. Loved the beachy vibe in backyard. Everything is as described. Great communication and responses are quick . Didn’t want to leave. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing stay

The house was perfect! Was just enough! Came back to the house in evenings and use the outside as needed before tucking away to bed. We stayed for new year and got a few fireworks show on the neighborhood! That was a bonus since Naples show was canceled!

Great week with a few issues

We loved the place and the amenities were great. The only thing I would recommend is to have paper plates and a box of Kleenex. We loved the location but the neighborhood was transitional and we did not feel comfortable riding the bikes out of the area as the streets were very busy. Did have a moment when we were leaving for dinner that the neighbors a couple of doors down were screaming and swearing at each other.

Perfect Spot in Naples

Cozy Stay

The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The hot tub and backyard area were very nice! The house is small, but fit our family of 3 perfectly.

Came to Naples in February for work. Enjoyed staying here. Nicely decorated, beds are great, even had a nespresso machine:). I will choose this home again.

Great stay! As advertised

We had a great stay at "The Farmhouse." Perfect for 2-4 people. Very clean and within short driving distances to downtown or several beaches. Communication with owner was great and check in/out very easy.

Great stay in Naples

The check in/out process was very simple. The home is conveniently located about 15-20 mins from Old Naples. The hot tub was a sandy due to the sand by the lawn chairs and the home was a bit snug, but overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend!

Great value property

Super clean, modern and cute little home. Loved the only 1.5 mile walk to the ocean each day (near Clam Pass). Impressed by all the extra's provided (ie beach towels, sunbrella, beach chairs, bikes, kitchen things, etc)

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Super comfy. Updated. Modern. Minimalist while homey. Great way to comfortably stay with two couples. Every communication was answered within minutes. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place

My mother and I visited Naples to see her cousin and were very impressed with the Farmhouse where we stayed the weekend. Communication with Miki was excellent when needed. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in back porch. I have been to many VRBO rentals, and could tell this property was cared for.
