On the ground floor: large living room with equipped kitchen opening onto the living room / dining room with mezzanine (2 single beds in sofa bed) - 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm, 1 bed for 2 people and 2 single beds) - separate toilet - shower room (large shower of 120 cm) - laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 2 single beds) - bathroom - separate toilet.
Terrace, enclosed land of 4,000 mÂČ, swing, parking in the property and a covered shelter.
