Looking to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside and forget about your daily routine for a moment? Joël and Odile welcome you for just that.
Their cottage, located on a mixed crop and livestock farm in Berry (70 dairy cows), is ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the attractions of Berry.
6 km from Valençay and its chùteau, close to the A20, A71, and A85 motorways, near the Loire Valley chùteaux, and 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. In a quiet hamlet with a small wooded garden and a large courtyard at the front, this house features, on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen with a dining area opening onto a living/dining room (TV and DVD) opening onto a terrace, a bathroom (two sinks), a toilet, and a hallway.
Upstairs: landing - 2 large bedrooms (double bed) - 1 connecting room (access to one of the two large bedrooms) with a 120x190 cm bed. Toilet with washbasin.
The cottage is equipped with an air conditioning system with reasonable consumption. You have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
Bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels included. Parking on the property.
