This is a great property! It is clean and inviting. The location is perfect for walking to so many shops and cafes. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen met our needs. The beds were super comfy! We hope to stay again.

This little cottage was a perfect space and great location for our weeks visit. So comfortable, cozy and clean. Unique, boutiqes, shops and cafes just few minutes walk in historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend to others.

Absolutely lovely cottage! I was in town for a horse show, so I didn't spend a lot of time there, but I really appreciated the comfy bed and well- socked kitchen

This charming cottage was exactly as described, and it was exactly what I needed. Prior to staying here, I would stay at one of the hotels in Leesburg. Never again. It was so nice to walk around the historic district, have dinner, window shop and return to this beautiful cottage. I would recommend this cottage over any place I've. stayed.

LOVED IT... PERFECTION

Clean comfortable fully stocked within walking distance to everything Leesburg has to offer -a GREAT place to stay ... beds were so comfy and so was the sofa definitely would stay again ... totally loved it!!

An Old Friends' Getaway

The Cottage on King is compact, well-outfitted and lovely. It is walking distance of older Leesburg with parks and the W&OD Trail that runs from Shirlington to Purcellville, great for bikes and walking. There are wineries and much else in the surrounding area, and Leesburg has many interesting shops and great restaurants. My friend and I think we will rent this cottage again. We might even bring our spouses.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband, mother and I had a great stay at the Cottage on King. It’s tiny but we loved it. It’s beautifully decorated and you can’t get much better in terms of location. There were plenty of towels and other amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable- not amazing but slept fairly well. You can hear the traffic but it didn’t bother us.

Decent stay

Location is great for walking to old town Leesburg. Very busy streets though, keep that in mind. Neighbors and owner were nice and not a problem. Parking can be tight for a larger vehicle. But a Yukon fits. Weather was freezing while we were there (nothing anyone can do about that) so we were stuck inside for our stay). Would be a good stop to base out of to explore historic downtown Leesburg.

One night in Leesburg

Great little spot in Leesburg, easily accessible to all the shops downtown. Everything was as advertised, it was just a little loud being on King St first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

A bit about us- Reagan is an avid lover of all things “home” and finds herself constantly in the pursuit of helping people figure out what it means to them. She's a designer at @27southinteriors right down the street- come see us! You could say Reagan is the creative behind this project while Kyle is the brains. Kyle, a seasoned entrepreneur who has never met a stranger, has always dreamed of owning and renting “lifestyle” properties in places we love. He is a spectacular host and always wants people to feel at home. We could not be more excited to have you. We hope you can stay at one of our unique spots! Cheers!
