This 5th floor corner unit is located directly on the beach at the Island Princess Resort on Okaloosa Island. With stunning 270 degree view of the emerald gulf and white sand beach, you'll never want to leave!

Unit#500 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has gorgeous oceanfront views with a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed WITH trundle! There are TVs in every room including the bunk room. Because Island Princess Unit 500 is a corner unit, we have extra space in the front to store all your beach and fishing gear hassle free!

Enjoy hassle free check in, free wireless internet, cable tv, and free seasonal beach service (2 chairs & umbrella set up for you on the beach)-first come, first serve DAILY! The Island Princess Resort is close to many excellent restaurants, a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Destin!

Please note the following: March thru Labor Day and the month of October is Saturday to Saturday rental.

Perfect condo for a beach vacation at Fort Walton! We took our 4 children (all 5 years old and younger) plus grandparents to this beautiful condo. Everything was well stocked and perfect for our big group. The corner views were stunning! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful home for our vacation. It met all of our needs. It had a beautiful view of the beach. We could not have asked for a better more relaxing place to stay. Helen was a great host with a lovely home! We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay! Right on the water- super short walk! The gated porch area was so nice to be able to leave our beach things on. That really was an added bonus! The beach was not crazy crowded in front of the building - probably due to its lower profile. There is no covered parking- in our opinion, we’d rather have assigned covered parking than beach service. However, there are plenty of parking spaces so finding one is not an issue. We had a great time! Thanks for the great place!

Spring Break April 2025

We loved our stay at the Island Princess. It was a fantastic location right on the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything you need to cook. The best amenities were the large beach towels Helen had at the condo and the beach toys and water toys that were in the patio area. The wrap around porch provided amazing views. There is a grocery store right down the street. My family will be coming back to this condo!

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed everthing. The view was beautiful. 4 Chairs on deck nice. Easy access to elevator. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of space for everyone to move around comfortably. Full towel supply. Nice heated pool and hot tub. 100 % enjoyable for us.

From Houston to Ft. Walton!

We stayed at this condo for a week in June and had a great time! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room and the location was great. Helen was quick to respond every time I had a question. She even ordered a beach wagon for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed since we cooked most nights. Close to the end of our trip the water main broke so we were without water for several hours. Helen offered to have some water delivered to us. The location was perfect—close enough to Destin but less crowded. Being directly on the beach was a must and this condo didn’t disappoint. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Ft. Walton!

Perfect Place for Any Family

This was one of the best stays we've had in the last 5 years. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for a family. We stayed with the children (6, 4, 1.5) and they had so much available for the kids to do and use. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful and Relaxing!

Great condo with a massive view of the beach. Fifth floor and a gorgeous balcony. Everything was in working order and kept up. Beautiful master and beautiful master bath. The beach has fine white sand and was perfect for walking and sunning. The pool and hot tub were great for getting out of the breeze and or warming up. The hot tub was out of commission for a day and the Water was added back into it but the jets weren’t functioning. That was fine though as most nights it’s worked normally. We walked to the Pier which had a bar and restaurants and corn hole and volleyball. Stewby’s was in walking distance also and had yummy fish. The condo had beach towels so we wish we hadn’t brought them and the condo had games but we didn’t find them til we were packing to leave. We had many nights of playing cards and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable. Kitchen is open concept and pretty well equipped. Was great to be able to run a load of laundry. The furniture on the balcony needs felt pads so the chairs aren’t so loud and hard to move but that’s my only criticism, as we truly LOVED this condo and the beachfront access and the beach itself. Such a restful restorative week. Owner very easy to communicate with and accessible. Thank you Helen!!!

The unit was OK; however the property is being renovated which caused some problems. One day, access to the pool and beach was blocked off by workmen. The fumes from the paint and sealer on 2nd floor parking area were overwhelming.

Helen made our stay above and beyond our expectations. The condo was very beautiful decorated, comfortable, spacious, fully equipped had everything we needed & plus! Highly recommend this unit! Great stay!

This property was as described and the manager was fantastic about answering questions! It was located on the fifth floor, which made for great views of the ocean when we were sitting on the balcony! Condo is on the beach so it was a short walk (down to the elevator, past the pool, down the little walkway and we were there). The property was clean and well furnished. We had 4 adults, 3 kids ages 16 to 20, and one 7 year old. The included beach service was great! We ended up getting another 2 chairs and umbrella to go with the set included. The beach service was fantastic. We asked to be put on the front row and we were automatically put there every day. We didn’t have to get up early and go pick out our chairs! We cooked in the condo on 2 nights then ate out on the others. We usually had breakfast and lunch in the condo. Our favorite places to eat were The Shack and Stewby’s! We tried Rockin’ Tacos but found other places we liked better so we won’t be going back. We usually go to Destin on Thursday night to eat at Tailfins and watch the fireworks which we did again this year! Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!
