The "chalet Granier" is located in a quiet area 1.5km from the village center and all shops (sports stores, bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, restaurant, bar), and 2.3km from the ski lifts.
Accommodation: Ideal for holidays with family or friends, we offer the "Chalet Granier" in Saint-Gervais.Chalet of 140 m2 on 2 levels for up to 6 people. It offers views of the Aravis chain, the valley and Mount Joly.Warning: Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/slippers in the trunk) mandatory from 01/11 to 31/03 of each year.Composition of the chalet :On the ground floor:- Garage.- Laundry including washing machine and dryer.First floor:- Living room with fireplace, TV and dining area, with balcony access.- Kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic glass hobs, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.- Independent toilet with sink.On the second floor:- Room with double bed and balcony.- Room with 2 single beds and balcony.- Night corner with stork bed.- Bathroom with bathtub and sink.Additional equipment: garage, electric heating. EDF consumption in addition (on survey).
