Want a comfortable cottage, with a soft and harmonious decoration, with a breathtaking view of the fields? This entirely single-storey gite offers you all this plus a suite accessible to people with reduced mobility (bedroom with a 160 bed and its own shower room and WC), a beautiful terrace in front of the dining room, a petanque court, a covered sand for the [hidden] the sheep in the meadow adjoining the gîte.
You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, which has a view of the fields and the terrace.
The three bedrooms offer different atmospheres, each with very comfortable beds. (1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed; 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds)
The kitchen is open to the large living room - living room of 38m². You can thus experience convivial moments. The cottage is equipped with WIFI and TV.
The house is completely independent, with its own parking lot, terrace and play areas.
If the weather is less beautiful, the courtyard allows you to stay outside: dining table and small sofa.
The owners, Pamela and Benoît, live in a house not far from the gîte.

For your leisure activities, the Rincerie leisure center (20km) with swimming, canoeing, wake park, swin golf... The aquatic center of Craon (15 km) offers beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a 4-track slide, fun games, a wellness area with hammam and sauna.

Cossé-le-Vivien is well located to discover Craon, Laval (22 km) or Château-Gontier (25km), an award-winning Fleur d'or town and its animal park: the Refuge de l'Arche. For your baby, all the equipment: wooden cot, booster seat, potty and changing mat. Extra travel cot.
