Paradise at Riverbend with beautiful riverfront setting!

Enjoy the tranquil and peaceful setting directly on the Withlacoochee River. This special home offers a beautiful natural setting and many extras to enjoy during your stay.

Relax on the very cozy outdoor lanai while experiencing the beautiful surroundings. You will be in awe of the morning view from the upstairs bedroom overlooking the tranquil river setting. It is a bird watcher’s paradise with many bird sounds to greet you. Your morning coffee never tasted so good!

You can fish right off the floating dock or adventure out in one of the kayaks to discover the truly amazing surroundings which include an 8,000 acre nature preserve directly across the river. In the past, we have seen deer, hogs, and even otters playing on the shore bank of that preserve.

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that any chef would love! There is a pool table for those fun game challenges. You can experience an early morning soak, afternoon swim or an evening gathering in the swim spa/hot tub that can’t be beat!

A master bedroom upstairs and an upstairs loft with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as two downstairs guest bedrooms allow this home to accommodate 8 guests.

Spend a day floating down the crystal clear Rainbow River which is just minutes away! If you’re interested in chartering a 1/2 day pontoon river boat trip right from your dock with a certified boat captain, let us know and we get you in touch with the Captain to make that happen.

We are close to Crystal River where you can see the manatees or schedule a seasonal scalloping trip. Also, the amazing World Equestrian Center is just a short drive away!

For your added comfort and security we have an electronic gate to access the property and have installed blink security cameras outside front and back doors. Due to the close proximity of the river, NO child is allowed UNDER 6. Also, in consideration of future guests with allergies, we do not accept indoor smoking or any pets on the premises.

5/5 – Beautiful Home, Peaceful Stay!We stayed five days at Paradise at Riverbend and absolutely loved it. The house is comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxing. The kitchen was one of our favorite parts—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It made cooking during our stay so easy and enjoyable.The riverfront setting is incredible. Even with the weather being a little cold during our visit, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching wildlife, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We didn’t get to use the kayaks this time because of the chilly weather, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and taking full advantage of them on our next trip.This home has such a calming, getaway feel to it, and we truly enjoyed everything about our stay. We will definitely be returning!

The house was amazing!! Very spacious well lighted gorgous home. All the amenities and more. Kichen was amazing to prepare a meal with every kitchen gadget and a spice rack worthy of the best chefs. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, with so much room including the beautiful overlook of the river on the back patio deck. Cant say enough. Fishing wasn't as good as hoped is probably the only negative. Could not get over the size of the hot tub. Cruise ship hotubs are only half the size. Overall great stay!

This was amazing..we were looking for a staycation and this had everything a great view, hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, and plenty of room outside to hang out on the deck or in the screen room. We will be booking again, we highly recommend this place!

Great River Getaway

Beautiful home with a perfect location on the river. Home was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 8 guests. The home is secluded and very private. You feel like you are alone on the river. Rainbow Springs is only a short drive away. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact.

Amazing!

Karen and Kevin’s home is absolutely stunning! We were able to dock our boat and enjoyed most of our days cruising the Withlacoochee and Rainbow Rivers. My boys loved kayaking, shooting pool, the swim spa, and making smores over the fire pit. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and loved drinking my morning coffee on the screened-in back porch while listening to the tranquil sounds of nature. We did experience a significant HVAC issue that was resolved promptly after reaching out to Kevin. My family and I are truly grateful for such a memorable summer escape!

Nice Place

All was good except for the air handler leaking water into a bedroom. Host ordered a shop vac if needed but we kept the water at bay with towels. Grill could use a good cleaning and updating and firepit emptied. Host had kayaks for us to use big thumbs up. Would go back for sure.

A beautiful river front slice of heaven.

This fantastical residence is the perfect place for a true relaxing vacation. The home is exceptionally clean with a great cooks kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The true magic of this property is the large screened back patio overlooking the multi level docks on the river. Fishing was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is a short 10-15 minute drive. This property has now become our go to choice for future stays in the area. 5 stars.

Relax and enjoy

Our 2nd time at this property. It is beautiful along the river. The way it is situated you are unaware of the neighbors, which makes this home a perfect spot to feel secluded, wether it’s enjoying the swim spa or reading on the lanai. The kayaks are a wonderful addition for some outdoor activities and the river is really amazing to kayak in. Karen and Kevin are prompt on responses.

Great girls getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise on the Riverbend!! House was perfect for a girls getaway weekend. Immaculate home with plenty of room to spread out - the 8 of us had a blast. Chilled dockside and could see deer across from the nature preserve. Weather was amazing! Used the kayaks to explore, nightly fire pit fun, huge hot tub!! We picked oranges for our Mimosas. Neighbors were extremely friendly and even borrowed cornhole boards and more kayaks. Thanks Karen for your quick responses and for allowing us to stay in your slice of paradise!! WITHLACOOCHEE did not disappoint. Would rent again :)

Wonderful

This cabin on the river was absolutely fantastic! It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved fishing everyday and just sitting outside watching nature. The house exceeded my expectations and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful decor and interior design. Just great all around!
