BEACH COTTAGE TERRACE is a spacious family apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor. It is located in the Golden Square in the city center, a few steps from the sea and the famous Negresco Hotel. The apartment benefits from two terraces : one which faces south with a pleasant sea view. The other one as a veranda with two openable sliding windows with a hills view.The decoration of the apartment is a marriage between classic and rustic. The beams on the ceiling, the cocooning corner with decorative fireplace, the herringbone parquet flooring and the veranda terrace will plunge you into the warm atmosphere of a summer cottage.Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
