The perfect location for a Nice getaway!

The apartment was lovely, very well equipped, but ah, the view and the location! Plenty of space for storage, enough bathrooms and easily accessible even for my 80 year old mom. Thanks Chris, for hosting us!

No1 i Nice

Fantastisk lägenhet i utmärkt skick. Bästa läget i Nice. Underbar utsikt Från flygplatsen till lägenheten går det spårvagn, hållplatsen direkt utanför restauranger och barer ner på gatan (du hör dom inte uppe i lägenheten) Närmsta livsmedels affär i kvarteret bredvid Kan man klara sig utan pool så välj denna lägenhet. Närmsta havsbad ligger 10 minuter gångväg från lägenheten. Om lägenheten är ledig nästa gång vi åker till Nice så är det här vi ska bo!

Perfect apartment for a stay in Nice!

Outstanding location in the port, beautiful view of the port, sea and town. Plenty of room for a family like us with three children. The apartment was nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. Helpful and friendly owner and agent. Thank you!

Tolles Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht auf den Hafen

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 6 Personen gibt es maximal Betten. Ausreichend Badezimmer und Toiletten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Einzige Kritikpunkte: Bei über 500 Fernsehsendern gibt es nicht einen aus Deutschland. Für die Anreise am Abend mussten wir 50 in bar extra bezahlen. Zum einen war das bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, zum anderen ist es absolut unüblich. Zumal für die Wohnungsübergabe ohnehin schon 200 berechnet wurden.

Paris/Nice 2025

The apartment is lovely. We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Chris's apartment overlooking the port. The location was perfect for walking to Old Town, Castle Hill and the Promenade. Easy to use the tram and bus system. The apartment was clean, bright and furnished nicely. Chris was great to communicate with.

Fabulous balcony

Fantastic apartment, as described in a stunning location with probably the best views of nice harbour you will find. Great size, kids loved it, has a lift which is great. Fabulous find, great family apartment. One gripe was a neighbour who seemed to sleep all day and complained because we were noisy. Bear in mind it was mid afternoon, the kids were watching tv and we were having a wine on the balcony....i can promise you, the kids were not noisy at all. Sadly left a sour note with us as we always try to respect neighbours. Him smoking his special cigs on his balcony was far more disrespectful! But honestly, we would still come again, it's a wonderful apartment. Thank you! And we were let in early for a small fee which helped loads with all our cases!

Lovely Christmas holiday

This was our second time staying in Chris's penthouse and it was as lovely as ever (if a bit cooler than when we visited in September 2021). The apartment is comfortable, the views from the balcony delightful. Location is convenient, with the tram just below. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. We had great weather for late October with temps in mid 70s and lots of sun. The condo had a perfect location to great restaurants,airport and the beach. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

Loved this beautiful port stay!

Really gorgeous, well-appointed, and perfectly located property. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the views were stunning. The location could not be better and we were so happy to have chosen this wonderful spot. The next time.we are in Nice we will definitely book again!

A Great Getogether with Great views.

We were given explicit instructions which we followed. On our arrival in France,I informed the agent of the number for the French simcard and that our other phone would not be turned on.. During our 5 hour train trip from Paris the agent kept sending messages to the turned off phone. We finally met up at the property at the arranged time. There are stairs to the lift then from the lift to the apartment. The agent was impatient with us and the time it took us to get into the apartment. The lift is very small and takes 3 people wihout luggage. We are elderly and were slow on the stairs with the luggage. We were 2 couples and a single person, between 75 and 82 years old. The twin bedrooms are small for 2 beds for adults. The couple in the twin room with en suite didn't use the shower as it was unsatisfactory. We didn't cook but found the dishwasher and washing machine workrd well. We followed the instructions for the TV but the only English language TV channels we could manage were news channels. The tram is convenient but there are buses too. Unfortunately, there were no maps or instructions on where to find the Tourist Office. The purpose of the weekwas to meet up with old friends and the apartment provided us with a comfortable place to sit and reminence.

Lovely stay at Nice apartment

The apartment is in a great location with the nearby tram link and short walk into Nice. Beautiful views from the apartment - and great for enjoying evening sun set. Our flight was 2 hours delayed but the agent Laure was there to meet us in the late evening. We had a lovely time and hope to return but getting an earlier flight to avoid the stress of late arrival.

Nice & Paris Trip - Penthouse apartment - Sept 2024

The Nice penthouse apartment was very accommodating, with enough room for a comfortable stay. The loft bedroom offers an ideal private space, and the balcony provides superb views of the street and port. The location is excellent, just minutes from the tram, which offers convenient access to and from Nice Airport. It's also close to the port, making ferry trips to Monaco, Cannes, and St. Tropez easily accessible. This property is perfect for exploring local restaurants and cafés along the beach. It also offers easy access to various affordable transit options, including the tram, ferry, and bus, for exploring nearby and farther destinations. We were delighted with our stay at this location. Fabulous apartment and location

The communication from the moment I enquired about the apartment until we arrived was exceptional. The host and their representative were very friendly, timely and informative. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location near the tram stop. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The balcony was ideal to sit on at night watching the world go by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a fantastic base in Nice, with great facilities and amenities.

Great stay in Nice

The apartment was everything we had expected and more.It was spacious and well appointed. The location was amazing. The views across the marina were brilliant. There were restaurants and bars minutes away on the same street as the flat. We ate at Gigi and La Vigna and enjoyed Olympic coverage at Ma Nolans. Old Nice was a 10 minute walk and the rest of the Riviera was accessible by train tram or bus.

Great location, A/C a massive issue though

Location and view superb, Property manager good to deal with. Air conditioning in upstairs a real issue, has to sleep in the lounge on last two nights. Also toilet seat not present, and one wine glass broken

Great location at the Port

This apartment was great for 4 adults and a 16 month old! Took the tram from Nice airport and it is located at the last stop. You can walk or tram almost anywhere. Highly recommended especially if you don’t want to rent a car. Communication was no problem with host. Highly recommend!

Nice Penthouse

The penthouse is ideally located above the port with breathtaking views. We were met upon arrival, given a tour of the accommodations and restaurant options. All the comforts of home are provided including a/c on warm afternoons. Easy walking to Nice attractions and dining. My friends and I highly recommend Chris and his team of professionals. Superb!

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
