This charming, 812 sq. ft. Loft townhome, with a private entrance, is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples' getaways.
Escape from the pressures of life for a while and enjoy the beach life! This warm, welcoming living space offers plenty of those beachy vacation vibes you've been dreaming of.

You will love the Loft bedroom that captures views of the Santa Rosa Sound! It features a Tempur-Pedic, king-size bed (sleeps 2), a balcony view, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), featuring a memory foam mattress and topper, in the living area. There is a half bathroom in the living area as well. Lastly, there is an adorable backyard and patio with an outdoor shower.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.

Great winter vacation!

We stayed for the month of Feb into March. Great stay, super clean and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Property managers were very attentive and friendly. Hope to be back again.

Great townhouse with comfy bed!

We enjoyed having awesome seafood restaurants within walking distance, a short walk to the beautiful beach, and a nice spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed! Great communication from the host! Decorated really cute too!

Cute place, Great host….OK visit

The property is exactly how it was described on the listing, very cute, and actually has more space than I thought- the host are great- very thoughtful! I had read some reviews complaining about the ac unit noise and thought it can’t be that bad…. Well it is, it was literally louder than the air force jets that flew over constantly (theres a base nearby). There was tons of noise- neighbors having parties, jets, ac units, and people on the boardwalk behind the unit. It didn’t feel like the safest area, but I could have visited at the wrong time- seemed like I might have visited during a school break- the neighborhood looked like a fraternity on the loose. I appreciate the unit being pet friendly, I saw no signs of any “past animals” IE no animal fur, smell, ect.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay! The Condo was clean.. I mean SPOTLESS! The bed omg, I slept like a baby! The condo is also in a good location from the beach. I visited the beach three times which took me all of 5-7 minutes to walk there. The condo is also 15 minutes from the Destin Harbor Walk. The host was available when I needed her and she provides very thorough instructions. She even has a booklet that has all of the attractions listed . Thank you CareySue!

Very nice townhouse!

This was my first time renting a townhouse/condo and was very impressed with the accommodations. Only issue was the hot water wasn’t working properly the first night but maintenance came right out and fixed the issue but we had to be conservative the rest of the week. I would definitely stay again though.

Great Stay!

Family of four staying here PLENTY of room! The walk to the beach was a breeze, the beach was beautiful!! The area was quiet we enjoyed it. Nice view from the balcony. A few suggestions the place could use some upgrades while we could tell it was thoroughly cleaned there were stains on the carpet the bedding could be upgraded also i would suggest blackout curtains for upstairs the room gets super bright at 6am. But overall a nice stay !

Our experience

Even though it was not on the beach, the boardwalk to the beach made it feasible. Loved that the property was close to everything. The box of doughnuts provided by the owners when you got there was a nice touch and very delicious! Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

End of summer weeklong trip

My lady and I booked this place last minute for a whole week starting with Labor Day. The area was naturally busy when we arrived, and promptly cleared out Tuesday. The apartment is located near the bay and only a 5 min walk to the beach. The restaurants closest to home are awesome! The place itself is cute and well stocked. As mentioned in other reviews, the bed is amazing! We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and even hung a hammock. There was a wasp nest above the back door but the nice neighbor happened to be pest control and came over and sprayed it immediately. Go Rick! The only thing I would recommend is a BBQ grill. We would certainly book again.

Quick Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owner left us doughnuts from their little shop down the road that were delicious! It was a quick walk to the beach from a little boardwalk in the "backyard" of the property. The kitchen was equipped enough that we were able to make a couple of meals, and there were lots of options around for take out / eating out. We had to work some while we were there, and the wifi was good enough to handle video calls / normal work activities. We had a little trouble with the wifi at first (user error lol), but the owner was super responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable - the only thing we thought was a little unusual was that it had a really soft/thick topper, that we felt like we were sinking into. Just a heads up if you are used to a more stiff mattress. Overall we had a great time!

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet Okaloosa Island townhome. We appreciated that the wagon (for beach supplies) was provided -- it made the short walk to the beach a breeze! Stewby's restaurant (recommended) was steps from our back door. The townhome is located on a humble street but in a central location... and quiet!

Solid VRBO

The condo is in a great spot to get to the local beach. A short walk down the boardwalk. Plus, the beach supplies they give you are great. There are local golf courses within 15 minutes. Their AC works great. Overall, pleasant experience for our first VRBO.

Great place for a little getaway

My family and I stayed here for a week. The boardwalk out back takes you right to a public beach entrance in a 5-10 minute walk, as well as several seafood restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. The mattress upstairs was extremely comfortable. It was great to have beach chairs and a cart, and friendly neighbors. The property managers are super quick to respond and were awesome to work with. The smart TVs were very nice with our two kids when we needed a little down time from playing at the beach. We can’t say enough good things about the beach itself and the local businesses around! Perfect place with all your necessities if you are going to be spending most of your time out at the beach!

Great Place, Quick walk to beach

Cute property! Big enough to use a touch point for beach trip, but works for those stormy beach trips with have are holed up more than you'd thought. Great mattress topper...like sleeping on a cloud. Kitchen equipment well stocked for budget saving cooking. Very clean.
