Vacation getaway

Very clean and great location. Wife,grandkids and I had great stay. 2nd time staying at this property and never disappointed.

First time visitor to Mexico Beach

Property location is excellent. Just walk across the street to get to the beach. There was a little store next-door for any needs plus a Subway. This unit faces the beach & the pool area. The building property was kept up nicely & so was the landscaping. Parking garage was ideal & provided carts to transfer belongings up to the unit.Actual unit was kept clean & provided the basics needed for cooking. Minimal towels are provided. I knew this from a review so I took extra sets of bath towels. Also brought our own pillows. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. But when I opened the dryer, there were damp carpets left in it. And the dryer vent was overflowing. I cleaned all that up so that we could use it. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided for each bathroom. Needless to say that would not be enough for a week stay. We reached out to unit owner along with needing extra kitchen garbage bags and key fob for the exercise room. All were provided quickly. Also when we arrived, the dishwasher had some food remnants in it & the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Each renter is to turn on the dishwasher when they leave. I don’t think this was done and the dirty dishes were put away. So we ran all the dishes & other necessary items through the dishwasher before using them. Otherwise, the unit was clean & we enjoyed our time there. Liked sitting on the balcony & watching the ocean. Beach was clean & not crowded. Advise go to Port St Joes for food.

Enjoyed the condo

We enjoyed staying in this property. Easy access to beach, the pool, and the room. The parking garage was also very handy.

The Best Weekend this Year?

My husband and I booked a weekend trip to Mexico Beach on a whim. I cannot say enough about the condo and location. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with when booking your trip. If you are looking for a relaxing trip to the beach this is it. We can’t wait to book another trip. Thanks….

Just as advertised. Condo was very nicely furnished and beautiful view. Everything we needed was in condo. Conveienance store very close was nice. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again

Get Away With A Beautiful Stay

The property was exactly what we wanted. Our stay was full of adventures and unexpected things to see and do. I fully recommend this property for a relaxing but fun place to stay. Our Host was so informative and all the info and directions he sent to us was so easy to follow.

Convenient and spacious!

This condo was extremely convenient to the beach! We loved being able to use the hot tub and the pool area as well. Everything was very well maintained and the condo was very spacious. There was plenty of parking as well!

Great condo in a quiet beach area!

The unit was nicely furnished, with comfortable furniture, and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed in the unit. The host (Rich) was incredibly responsive to any questions, and we really appreciated that. The view of the ocean was amazing! We enjoyed walking on the beach, and spending time at the pool. There are a few food trucks within walking distance. We had a great experience here, and would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful condo!!!

The condo was well decorated, super comfortable and had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. By far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on at a vacation rental! The beach is beautiful and very clean, and we enjoyed day trips to Port St Joe, Apalachicola and St George State Park, I highly recommend all of them! And the Killer Seafood truck next door is totally worth it, amazing food! Thank you for a great place to stay, we can't wait to come back to Mexico Beach!!!

Description on listing is accurate. Beautiful condo. Lots of construction in area. Only reason for 4 star is no water upon arrival & next two days from 7-5 of which we weren’t informed ahead of arrival. Ceiling fan in bedroom was loaded with dust. I cleaned myself before use. Bed is very comfortable. Easy access to beach. Owner responded super fast with any concerns & very helpful. Overall we would stay again but definitely would want to know all utilities would be in working order during our entire stay.

Great Stay!

My daughter, grandson, and I visited during her fall break. We could not have asked for a more perfect condo. Close to the beach with easy access especially with a three year old. Condo had a great view of the pool and beach. Very clean with all amenities needed for a stay. The owners were great and very responsive. We will definitely be back for a visit!!

I love this clean comfortable convenient condo, Paradise Shores! Beach view. Just across street from the beach. So easy to walk there,very easy! Beautiful beach! I love this town and I will be back!

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our visit at Mexico Beach and were pleased with the convenience of our short walk across the street to the shore! The view was great from our condo balcony and off season was nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were also nice and clean. And most importantly the beds were comfortable.
