This 1694 sq/ft heated and cooled Beach View Home has all you need for the perfect getaway on Cape San Blas. The ground level entrance features a room with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the beautifully decorated Twin Tides home, has an open floor concept with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The master suite has an upscale bath with a large walk-in shower with 2 rain heads. There are also 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room with full size washer/dryer that complete this upper level. The large covered porch off of the living/dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze, watch the beautiful sunsets, and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing the shoreline. This home features a large enclosed hot/cold outside shower/dressing area with a private pool (sorry pool isn’t heated). Beach chairs, a small cooler, toys beach towels and umbrellas are provided.

Clean and nice to have plenty of toiletries and kitchen essentials to start your trip with! They also offer an outdoor beach wagon and many other items you may use.

Great Vaca

Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. Price was much better than right on the beach and was down drive and over a boardwalk to the beach. Very well stocked and clean.

We enjoyed our stay there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could need! The walk to the beach was short and we had no problem finding a spot on the beach!

Delightful Stay!

We had the absolute best time with our family at Twin Tides! The home has all the essentials + everything to make you feel right at home — so much thought put into making sure everything is there so you can enjoy your vacation! Very manageable walk to the beach & the pool is perfect when you need a break. Ms. Lynn was a pleasure to work with as well, very responsive & helpful! We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate with this one! Easy 5 stars!!

Very Happy Beach House Renters

The amenities were amazing!! What a huge relief to not have to pack up beach chairs, toys, cleaning supplies etc and travel 1100 miles with it!! Absolutely everything you will need is there!! The layout of the house was so nice. Long kitchen table and island for plenty of family time. Comfortable couches, beds, linens. Etc Everything was exactly as advertised and we literally have zero complaints. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Perfect Cape San Blas Home!

My family and I had the most wonderful time visiting Cape San Blas and this home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, great patio, pool was a little cool but no one seemed to care! Easy access to the beach, short walk. The home was equipped with all the supplies necessary for our stay- including beach towels and chairs that we did not bring from home. We used the charcoal grill a few times for meals and that was very convenient. Lynn was so easy To work with and communication was great. Rent this place- you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect for us!

The house was super clean and very comfortable. Everything was just as advertised in the listing. The beach was a quick 2 minute walk on a private road which allowed us to come and go as needed with our toddler and 7 yr old. The use of chairs and beach toys made the trip so easy. And the pool was the perfect amenity when we got tired of the sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

wonderful vacation, great place to stay

This house is a wonderful place. It is a great location, few houses from the beach. And short walk to the store and donuts! Thank you for a very nice vacation home. The extras were a huge plus - pool, beach wagon, floats, chairs, toys, towels. Could not ask for any better!
