Den har en vacker fri utsikt över bukten med utsikt över den inbjudande SeaCliffs poolen och anlagda grunder! Den helrenoverade övervåningen har graniträknare, rostfria vitvaror och ett utdragbart matbord. Njut av helt nya smarta TV-apparater (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, Internet etc) i vardagsrummet och i varje sovrum. Perfekt för par, små och stora familjer, Shorely Blessed, är en professionellt inredd fyrstadig radhus som blir din favorit lugna semester tillflyktsort. Det är ett 4 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem med två sovrum på gulfen med sanna kung sängar och privata balkonger. Två andra sovrum; en med en drottning och en med två tvillingar tillsammans med två dubbelformade rulla sängar. Den har en privat hiss, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, utedusch, och under parkering. För dem som är oroliga för parkering under högsäsong, inga bekymmer, har denna enhet en extra reserverad parkeringsplats för din båt eller SUV.

En privat strandpromenad leder till stranden. SeaCliffs ligger bekvämt inom gångavstånd från St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Cape San Blas och SeaCliffs ligger i "Old Florida" panhandle bara 50 miles SE av Panama City nära historiska Port St. Joe, där Florida Constitution grundades för 200 år sedan. Boka nu innan den här tas för sommaren.

Nytt för 2015 har Gulf County gått igenom en förordning som kallas "No Trace Behind". Det är nu olagligt att lämna icke-registrerad obevakad egendom på stranden över natten. Glas / flaskor är förbjudna, och hål måste fyllas.

Great location and plenty of room

The condo location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool wasn’t crowded although there are very few chairs and umbrellas available. The condo size was perfect for a family of 6. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The condo was nice, but needs a bit of upgrading on some small things that some may not even notice. The bathroom doors don’t close properly. Neither do the balcony doors which have hinges that are almost rusted through (salt air is hard in metal). The elevator was a nice touch for bringing in groceries and luggage. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition to the two front bedrooms. We liked the covered parking which allowed us to park our topless jeep out of the weather. Overall this was a pretty nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Fantastic week with friends

The property was just as pictured with wonder views of both the Gulf and bay. The elevator came in very handy since we had some with knee issues. We were also very impressed with the beach equipment. I would highly recommend this property.

Postcard Perfect

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. It's beautiful! Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the kitchen window and sunset from the many balconies. Great communication with the owners who were quick to respond when I needed them. Loved the fully stocked beach closet and elevator. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Well kept. We would totally stay here again!!!!

Lovely views

This condo was a great! There was plenty of space and the beds were comfy! My kids loved that they all had their own bathrooms. The views of the ocean and bay from the 4th floor were really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for us!

Great beach condo rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shorely Blessed! We needed a place with easy access for one of our friends and the unit was perfect because it included an elevator. The hosts were very quick to answer our questions. The unit was equipped with all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. We hope to enjoy the beach in this rental again next year!

Amazing place close to the beach

We had an amazing stay on Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The beach was a close walk and the beach closet had everything we would ever need! We loved the downstairs fridge. Pam was very easy to work with!

Beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and particularly it’s views both morning and evening being able to see both the bay and ocean. Everything was very clean and the amenities were plentiful. The only suggestion we might have is that some of the furniture could stand to be updated for comfort’s sake. However, we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Paradise

Beautiful!! Cape is so relaxing, sunsets are beautiful and beaches are so laid back. The townhouse was so nice, everything we needed was there and the elevator was a big plus!! Pam was great to work with, she let us come a day early, had great communication while worrying about which way hurricane was coming ( it ended up not even affecting us). Overall great experience, will definitely be returning!!

Great location away from the busy town, but walking distance to the pool and beach

Loved everything about this house! Especially the elevator, since there are 4 floors. Never had any issues with anything the entire week. They have an awesome beach closet with every kind of water/beach toy/ chairs you could want plus a wheeled cart to haul it all there on the short walk. The pool was always clean and inviting. Literally the only thing I would change about our trip is bringing more towels and a laundry basket, since only one towel set per person was provided and the laundry room is on the lowest floor, away from the bedrooms and kitchen. Would definitely book this same home again in the future.

Family time

Everything was super nice. Good communication with owner, lots of beach stuff. Unfortunately due to weather used the games much more than beach chairs. Great family atmosphere in the Sea Cliffs. Would rent again.

Once Upon Cape San Blas

If fairy tales coincided with the dreams that vacations were meant to be than the perfect union occurred this past week that the gray-skied Michiganders met the exquisite white sands and superb accommodations at SeaCliff Townhome out on the private salty location of Cape San Blas. It was as if we had known the owners for a long time because their accommodating spirits and responsiveness to any detail were never questioned and rapidly solved...and I can honestly say we didn't have a single one. We came with our whole family to include mostly young adults and everyone not only had their own private suites, views of the bay or Gulf but a wonderful top floor entertainment space/deck allowing both water views. Any and every item desired during our stay included: cook-wear, cleaning-supplies, movies/books, beach-toys, extra "I forgot" items supplied and hidden in all the appropriate locations. We adored the daily walks on the super close beach, reading quietly by the pool, visiting the local general stores that truly met ALL needs and the choice to be secluded or entwined with others in the area. We greatly appreciated the true hospitality from the owners and the genuine fantastic time that was again had by All!!

Annual Cape Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at Shorely Blessed. The condo was clean, cheery and comfortable. Really enjoyed the upper deck for coffee and breakfast. Despite the red tide, we found areas to visit and things to do. Thanks Pam and Mike!

Mike and I have been married 26 years and are the parents to two wonderful girls. We live in Northwest Indiana, about 40 minutes from Chicago. We want to invite people to our townhome on Cape San Blas to remind them of simpler times and create lasting memories.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I grew up going to Destin prior to all of the development, when it was a TINY fishing village. We had 1 grocery located 20 minutes away, one pizza parlor, and Skeeball City. The beaches were quiet and unpopulated. SeaCliffs reminded me of these times. It offered natural beauty, quick access to the gulf, a bay, or a pool, excellent views and plenty of space for extended families. Whether you want a day at the beach, hiking in the state park, to go scalloping, or to relax and enjoy nature the cape has it covered.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Cape San Blas allows you to slow down and appreciate all the natural beauty it has to offer. I remember the days of all of us packing into a one level condo in Destin. Although i loved spending time with the whole family, by the end of the week, I was always wishing for a little privacy. The layout of these townhomes offer the best of both worlds.
