The cottage Le verger which can accommodate 6 people is located at the entrance of the picturesque village of Dangeau where you can discover the restaurant, the Relais De Poste Saint-Jacques.
It is an independent farmhouse style house with its exposed beams, located at the entrance of the village, on the small Ozanne river, in the Loir basin. Detached farmhouse style house (130 mÂČ), located at the entrance to the village, comprising:
On the ground floor :
Kitchen/dining area (29 mÂČ) with microwave, dishwasher and fridge
Living room (23 mÂČ) with TV, DVD player, fireplace (insert), bench seat and beams
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
Shower room with heated towel rail, separate WC
Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90 (possibility of bed and baby accessories)
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 90
Shower room/WC with heated towel rail
Barn (70 mÂČ) with washing machine, dryer.
Enclosed garden (800 mÂČ) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, porch and parking space.
