A single storey cottage for 5! Gîte of 115 m² on one level, including:
Open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave
Living/dining room (50 m²) with table/pool table, TV, DVD player, sofa bed (1 person), decorative fireplace and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 90
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
Shower room, separate WC
Laundry room with washing machine
Unfenced land (3000 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, climbing frame with cabin and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pétanque court with boules and table tennis.
Heated floor (geothermal) (supplement according to consumption)
Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning fee (compulsory for professionals, every 2 weeks)
Pets not allowed.

In Nonvilliers continue straight until Happonvilliers. In the village, turn right after the church towards Les Corvées-les-Yys-Courrville then 300 m left towards "Les Champeaux". Continue for 2 km. The cottage is on the left "Le Petit Potron".
