3000 mÂČ of unfenced grounds, with a playhouse and slide, bicycles, a basketball hoop, a pĂ©tanque court with boules, and ping-pong! Single-story cottage of 115 mÂČ, comprising:
Open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave
Living/dining room (50 mÂČ) with table/pool table, TV, DVD player, sofa bed (sleeps 1), decorative fireplace, and Wi-Fi access
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm)
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
Shower room, separate WC
Laundry room with washing machine
Unfenced grounds (3000 mÂČ) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing set with playhouse and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pĂ©tanque court with boules, and ping-pong table.
Underfloor heating (geothermal)
Bed linen and cleaning service available for hire (mandatory for business travelers, every 2 weeks)
Pets not allowed.

In Nonvilliers, continue straight on to Happonvilliers. In the village, turn right after the church towards Les Corvées-les-Yys-Courrville, then after 300 meters, turn left towards "Les Champeaux". Continue for 2 km. The gßte, "Le Petit Potron", is on the left.
