It's the largest three-bedroom condo in the complex! Each condo includes a highchair and portable play yard for families traveling with younger children. With a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, the Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened-in balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds... The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more! The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
