Great Family Home

We loved our stay- house was perfect for our family of 8 . All the essentials were there so we were able to prepare family meals and play cards on the deck table. Close to Disney and other area attractions.

Good location

Nice clean home. Comfortable beds, and nice pool/outdoor space. There was minimal paper supplies and towels and no spices, etc. also, ignition on gas grill doesn’t work and there is no lighter. Luckily Walmart is 5 minutes away to grab whatever items you need. Also, updated check in instructions are needed, but, Carlos got us taken care of in a timely manner.

Perfect Disney Trip House

We booked this house based on its proximity to Disney parks and the Orlando airport! Its about 25-30 mins to each, which makes it perfect length of drive for younger kids. We also loved how the house looked in the ad, and it did not disappoint (pool was amazing). It was exactly as shown, super clean and the propertly manager Carlos was so great to deal with. Fast communication, clear instructions. It also backs onto a beautiful pond you can walk around, and is in a gated community which helps you feel safe. The garage was also empty and accessible which allowed for parking and storing strollers. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, and tons of restuarants etc. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone! Thank you for providing our family with a perfect home.

Wonderful home that is close to everything!

The house was amazingly clean, close to all the things and the neighborhood was a very safe, gated community. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for a great price

The property was very clean and we loved the floor plan allowing all four of us to have our own space with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the helpful touches like dish soap, paper towel, and laundry detergent pods. There was a little confusion about the check-in and checkout process. The information that that was sent about how to enter the property was different from what we were told upon arrival. Carlos, the host, was quick in his response and he provided the necessary QR code within minutes. He also responded quickly when we requested extra towels and replacement cushions for patio chairs. In most VRBOs, there are specific checkout requirements listed but that was not the case for this property. Providing specific items that guests need to take care of before leaving would allow them to feel confident that they are doing their part to ensure a full refund of the security deposit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wound consider visiting again.

Great Location

The villa is in a fantastic location with easy access to the Disney parks which are 20 minutes away. The property is well equipped and quite modern. I was disappointed with the cleaning standards, the bedroom carpets are dirty and the villa is requires general cleaning and repainting. The leather sofas were dirty as was the outside furniture. It’s a shame that the property is not maintained to a high standard.

Property not like it was described

I have rented at least four properties in the Florida area. This is the first time I was disappointed in the appearance of the property. The main thing I didn’t like was the patio screens was ripped or missing so the kids were fighting off bugs when we used the pool. If I has known I wouldn’t have rented.

Great vacation home

The house it self was great. Very clean. Just not enough towels and washcloths. If you are the type of person that uses a different towel and washcloth every time you shower, you will definitely have to wash towels every day. With a family of five we had to. And honestly there wasn’t enough washcloths for everyone. The neighborhood is gated, but it is very much vacation homes. Our first night the house right across the street from us had a huge graduation party of 300+ kids. Cops came out there once to settle them down the second time, we personally had to call because there was a shooting at 4am. Luckily, no one was hurt, but the gunshots happen right outside of the home that we stayed in. Not the property managers fault but if you’re looking for a neighborhood to stay in that is not 90% rentals I would recommend a different neighborhood.

Lovely Holiday !

We loved this property! It was just perfect for our family . We stayed for 10 days and it was a great experience. Communication was easy with the owner and check in was seamless. I did wish the cleaners did a better job before we arrived . I am particular about cleanliness and it was not up to my personal standards. However, This can be a quick fix by having a deep clean done on the home. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay. I would stay again if we return to Kissimmee:)

Spring Break vacation

House and location nice and clean. Communication could be better, heated pool is available at an extra cost, I send message in am that I wanted heated pool didn’t get reply back til night (by that time it’s was not worth paying fee to have heated pool for a few hours). Bed bugs found !! My husband had been itching for days so we decided to look into the bed sheets. We found and took pictures of bed bugs, called owner about situation.
