The studio is on the ground floor of a residence located 3.4 km from the center of the village of MegĂšve, 3km from the center of the village of Combloux and 2.5km from the Princess ski slopes.
It benefits from a Western exposure, is located in a rural area and offers a nice view on the Jaillet and the Aravis.
Narrow, steep mezzanie access requiring a degree of vigilance.
