Den perfekta villan för familjer och vänner. Den rymliga välmöblerade villan består av en öppen planlösning, en familjesalong med 55 ″ TV, en matplats med åtta platser, ett välutrustat kök med ny spis, tvättmaskin och torktumlare med frukostbar och kran. Altandörrar som leder till den privata söderläge poolen med spa. Utanför finns ett stort utökat soldäck som är fullskärmad, extern toalett och utomhusdusch. Poolen har ett skyddsstak som kan tas bort när det inte krävs. Alla altandörrar som leder till poolområdet har säkerhetslarm.

Det finns 5 sovrum och 4. 5 badrum, varav 3 har nyligen renoverats. Poolen kan värmas på begäran mot en extra kostnad på £ 150 per vecka.

Family Fun

My family enjoyed our stay at Tuscan. Time in the pool and hot tub was great for relaxing. Close to parks, too.We even had a family pool / air hockey tournament.Thank you, Michelle!

Great location, lovely size and layout

Check in process was smooth and communication with the owners was easy. Villa was in a great location for quick access to the 192 and Disney. The area was quiet and secure. Villa layout was brilliant, plenty of space and good amenities in the villa.

Fantastic Holiday in Orlando

We have just had an amazing couple of weeks in Orlando staying at Tuscan Hills. Thank you to Michelle and the management team who have all been brilliant. The villa was big, bright and clean. We only had one small issue which was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for Disney Getaway

Check-in was a breeze with codes supplied for gated community, front door and alarm. Located 20 minute drive to Disney but realistically with traffic 30 minutes - bearing in mind we stayed durning a busy week. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet neighborhood. House was large - we only used 2 of the 6 bedrooms House was clean and stocked with all we needed for our stay. No issues encountered during our stay. We paid to have pool heated which was worth it for March as chilly at night. Pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Owner had labelled everything and left clear instructions. Owner was very responsive to email prior to the vacation but there was no need to contact them during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property

Great location

Great location and quick access for travels to Universal, Disney, Busch Gardens or anything towards Tampa. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was clean and accommodating for our party of 5. It was cooler than we expected, so the heated pool was necessary for our trip and, having an 8 month old, security around it was an added benefit. Communication with the host was prompt. The gated neighborhood made us feel even better. Host arranged for our Walmart order delivery before we arrived. Roku TV in each room we used was nice as well. The game room was great and the bathrooms look newly remodeled with high end finishes. My only suggestion is kitchen pans and knives need upgraded. This was not a big issue for my family since we only cooked a handful of times. I would definitely stay here in the future. Ty Michelle for hosting my family.

Die Bilder sind älter und geben nicht den jetzigen Stand wieder. Die Küchenutensilien sind dürftig. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind nicht mehr nutzbar. Reste von Vermietern. Alle Oberflächen weisen Schlieren und Flecken auf. Die Böden sandig und teilweise klebrig. Rund um das Haus wird gebaut und es liegt unweit der US 27 und es ist ziemlich laut. Positiv sind die Betten aufgefallen. WiFi Mittel, Fernsehen streaming ja, aber durch mittleres WiFi oder LAN ruckelt es. Insgesamt kann man hier übernachten aber ganztägig ist nicht schön, da der Pool auch sehr klein ist und schwimmen nicht möglich weil die Tiefe nicht vorhanden ist. Bis nach Disney braucht man mindestens 45 min. durch den Verkehr und die Staus. Schade wir hatten uns aufgrund der Kommentare etwas anderes vorgestellt. Die war unser persönlicher Eindruck vom Haus bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen. Die Reinigung musst sehr verbessert werden.

Great place-well appointed, clean

Had everything we wanted--clean, spacious, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked well, game room excellent. The pool area was fantastic with covered seating area and huge sundeck area. Plenty of patio furniture. Great area for younger kids too. One of the top houses we have rented over the years. Love the location. Grocery five minutes away. Restaurants near by. We will be back.

A great stay in this wonderful vacation home

Our family has stayed in numerous vacation homes in the Orlando area. This one is our favorite so far. The home is very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and ready to go. The pool was very well heated and ready to be used. There were a good amount of utensils and other items needed for use in the house. The kids enjoyed the game room, particularly the pool table. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels for use of the guest. The only issue we had throughout the process was that the pricing on the website appeared to be in dollars but turned out to be in pounds. this made it a bit more difficult to determine the actual pricing. but we would definitely stay here again and recommend this home four people.

Well kept home

Our stay at this property was everything we’d hoped for. The house was nicely updated, very clean, and well equipped. There were plenty of linens, blankets, towels, etc. The outdoor space was huge with a nice pool and spa. While we did have some issues with the spa, the repairman came quickly and attempted to remedy the problem. There was a lot of seating on the lanai and two nice patio table sets- perfect for our large group. Additionally, the owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again. Great house!

Wonderful home in a great area!

My family and I stayed at this home for 9 nights in Feb 2020 and had a wonderful stay. The owner, Michelle, was very responsive to emails and quite helpful. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished and very clean. The pool was great to come home to after a day in the Disney parks. Also, the large pool sun deck was nice. The location was close to the parks, restaurants and stores while being in a quiet gated community. We had such a lovely stay here and it was hard to leave. Thank you Michelle for helping to make our family vacation so enjoyable.

Awesome time

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Spacious rooms and everyone had their own bedroom. The heated pool was a hit. Perfect location for all we wanted to do. Only suggestion is to get a mr coffee pot. We had to go buy one.

Family holiday

The villa was lovely with everything you could wish for. We were a family of six ,4 adults 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.The games room was great fun and a lovely pool area. We would certainly book the villa again if we came back.

Excellent villa

This villa was excellent in size as there was nine of us. the amenities and location was also excellent as not to far from all the attractions. Any little problem & there was only one was sorted within hours also a supermarket & places to eat only a few minutes away. the pool area was big enough for all of us when spending the day relaxing 😎

Just fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was lovely, we couldn't want for anything. As ex-villa owners ourselves we wanted to be sure we were happy where we stayed on our first trip not being in our own villa and we weren't disappointed. We would have no hesitation staying again and have already recommended it to friends.

Fab property...don’t even look anywhere else!

I’ve just returned home from a fabulous holiday made all the better by staying in this fantastic property. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this property (the 1st was in 2016). Since my 1st visit Michelle has installed some lovely new bathrooms. This house is huge with all the amenities you could possibly need. It is spotlessly clean. The pool is fabulous and so warm. The sun deck is south facing so you are able to sun bathe from morning till night if you get sick of the theme parks. The house is tastefully furnished and the air con is very good. The Tuscan Hills estate is very quiet & secure and it’s very close to Disney. There’s a huge Walmart a couple of miles up the I27, or a smaller Publix about 1 mile down the I27. There are numerous restaurants nearby on the I27 & on the 192. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else & I’m sure I will be back for a 3rd visit all being well. Michelle is really efficient & replied to my emails extremely quickly.

Recommended!

Great property, our 2nd visit and one we would definitely return to. Spacious rooms, some super new bathrooms, lovely pool ( our granddaughter loved it), and decking area and everything well maintained by the owners. Quiet, convenient location not far from restaurants, supermarkets and Disney, our main purpose this visit. Michelle, the owner, answered all questions quickly and the management company dealt with a minor battery change immediately. The good reviews say it all.

Fantasic stay

Fantastic villa for our family Xmas holiday

This was our first time staying at Tuscan Hills villa and it was amazing. The villa had more than enough room for all nine of us. The master suite with fantastic bathroom downstairs and pool access was great along with another double bedroom which was ideal for my mum (superb for wheelchair access). Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms (one with new beautiful fitted bathroom) and another two twin rooms. There is also another newly fitted bathroom upstairs and another downstairs. The landing upstairs is huge which was ideal for our two small grandchildren playing with all their new toys they got for Xmas. The downstairs open plan area is very big and very well laid out so there are different seating bits for large families if you wish to have a seperate space. The garage has been carpeted and has a pool table and football table. There is also a wii and darts board which was great when the weather got cooler. Lots of baby equipment is available in the villa and we were also able to use the wheelchair for my mum which saved having to rent one. The pool was brilliant and the lighting in it was fun at night (colour changing). The south facing extended deck was massive with plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the sun all day into late evening. The wifi worked brilliantly too and there was a great choice of channels on the TVs in each room (more than the normal ones provided in most hotels) Walmart is a two minute drive down the road, great for everything food and drink wise that you need for your stay. The 192 is a 5 minute drive away where you can find plenty shops and eating places. Disney is about 15 minutes in the car and universal about 30 minutes. We loved our stay here over the festive period for 3 weeks which through our flight being cancelled turned into 4!!! Michelle could not have been more fantastic from first booking to our having an extended stay. Any questions were answered straight away even when we were accidently lockec out of the safe (our mistake), it was resolved with her help that night. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to book a trip to Florida to stay at this villa as it was faultless and if we have a group of us going out again we will looking to book Tuscan hills with Michelle.

Great villa in great location

Had a wonderful stay in a great villa. Villa is in a great location close enough to parks and amenities. Pool and decking area is a lovely space. Michelle was great to deal with, very prompt in replying to all requests and information.
