Relax in Family Friendly "Paradise Found Villa" Private Pool/Spa 5 bed/4Bath

Our home offers the perfect setup for your family vacation! It is located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, allowing you to fully relax after a day of fun at Disney (15 minutes away), Universal Studios (30 minutes away), SeaWorld (25 minutes away), and more!

You can enjoy our private screened-in pool and hot tub with a spacious pool deck. The villa features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as 2 master suites, with one located on the first floor. The dining table seats 5 in chairs, with a bench seat that fits 2 adults or 3 children, and there are four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has new sofas, a large smart TV, games, and a sharing library. All rooms have TVs. There is strong WiFi throughout the villa. We like to check in on work from the patio set with our morning coffee. Our kids love starting their days with a fresh made Mickey waffle (yes! We've got a Mickey Waffle Iron!) and a dip in the pool before heading out to the parks. There is a safety fence around the pool for added family safety.
The kitchen and all bathrooms have granite countertops with new sinks, and there is all-new carpet in the bedrooms. The bedrooms and most common areas are themed with Disney and tropical decor, making it perfect for your family vacation while also being classy for guests of any age. The warm colors and comfortable decor will make you feel at home.

The theme parks aren't the only great thing in our area! There's so much to do nearby.

Margaritaville's Sunset Walk is just 6 miles away! Sunset Walk has many restaurants, festivals, car shows, live entertainment, movie theatre, bars, arcade, sling shot ride, virtual Top golf, Island H2O Water Park, candy stores, Stone Cold Ice Cream, Korean Hot Pot and so much more.

Popular tournament location, Northeast Regional Park, is only 1 mile away and features turf multipurpose fields for soccer, football and lacrosse, four artificial turf baseball/softball fields, a concession stand, playground, tennis courts, racquetball courts, basketball courts, picnic shelters, an exercise trail, and a dog park. It also features a boat launching site and bank and pier fishing.

Please note there is only on-site parking for two vehicles. Additional parking at nearby clubhouse. Please let us know if you expect more than 2 vehicles so we can arrange a parking pass.
