Kokomo är rätt plats att gå .... "att komma bort från allt ". Kokomo är ett vackert inredda och möblerade 6 sovrum pool hemma i den prestigefyllda gated community av Formosa Gardens Estates. Formosa Gardens Estates hyra hem är närmast Disney World, mindre än 2 miles away.

Gästerna kommer att njuta av helt nya granit bänkskivor och nya rostfria vitvaror i hela köket, nya granit bänkskivor och sänkor i sovrummet, uppdaterad Sunbrella uteservering set, och nya poolen sida solstolar.

Din familj kommer att njuta av 4 kung sovrum (3 är en-sviter), och 2 härliga dubbla sovrum. Den "Nalle Puh" och "Buzz Lightyear sovrum är handmålade och mycket barnvänliga. Villan är utrustad med tryckavlastande madrasser i varje sovrum.

Ja! Även barnens sängar har lyxiga tryckavlastande madrasser. Dessutom 4 kung sovrum och "Nalle Puh" sovrum har HD, plattskärms-TV.

Du kommer semester i komfort och stil som du luta sig tillbaka och njuta av vardagsrummet med sin bredbilds-TV och DVD-spelare, ett fullt utrustat kök, frukostmatsal, och Grand rummet med 14 "tak. Very Nice

I would have rated this 5 stars, but the layout of sitting area is a little small for 3 families, which I think they could easy change by putting the TV in the room next to where it is. Also, there is an issue with circuit popping in the kitchen. Both of these items are fixable and the overall stay was great!!!

Great Property!

This house was perfect for our Disney vacation! Great location, clean property with a great pool to swim on off days! Property owner/ manager was very responsive to any concerns! I’d recommend this property for anyone! We have an amazing family vacation!

The house was great. I had an issue contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and told me to contact the property management. I did but they never came to resolve the issue, that’s my only complaint.

The property was as seen in the pictures. It was clean, we felt safe and the pool was very refreshing as it was extremely hot during our stay. Overall, it is a great vacation rental!

Convention stay

This property fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for my daughter’s dance convention. There was enough room to house extra dancers/friends and family and relax in between classes. Thank you!

Overall it was a great experience. Home was equipped with lots of amenities. The game room has to be accessed through one of the bedrooms and also has a entryway from outside. Would consider staying here again.

Four Corners Review

Property is amazing and gives any one or any family a great place for a vacation. Everyone enjoyed the private pool, game room and their own space. I would and have recommended this place to family and friends. Only thing I would suggest is even though family is on vacation, resting time is important so the TVs programming should have what channels are available to access. It was not pleasant strolling through to see which channels are accessible and not needing a subscription tom watch.

A BEAUTIFUL HOME CLOSE TO THE DISNEY PARKS, GREAT POOL. "WE LOVED THE PLACE"

This is a very clean and well maintained beautiful home. My first impression walking in was that someone takes great pride in it .The home is sumptuously furnished to the highest standards. 2 miles from Disney and 1/2 mile from many restaurants and shopping. A GREAT LOCATION All the beds were very comfortable. The TV's are great. The pool area and condition of the pool is the best I have seen. We found the pool very relaxing after a long day at the parks. The house included EVERYTHING we needed The property was EXCELLENT and so much better than a hotel for our family." ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE TO STAY". Thank You

Recommended for families

Upon arriving the owners had set up a Christmas tree with ornaments which added to our holiday experience. The house is beautiful the neighborhood is beautiful. The landlord is an amazingly kind woman. We said it over and over again how comfortable we were in this house and how much it felt like a home. Our granddaughter was thrilled with the Winnie the Pooh room and we could not get over how much she enjoyed playing with the kids table that is here and all the stuffed animals. We look forward to returning again. Thank you Joanne and Louis

Family Disney vacation

We stayed at The Kokomo for 6 days when visiting Disney World with my husband, 2 children, and my parents & in laws. One level living made everyone happy after putting on thousands of steps in the parks. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The community feels safe and quiet, but just a quick drive to the parks and other activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, appliances, and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and private. Both kids had their own room and loved the themed decor and toys to play with in any downtime. The pool was clean, perfect temperature and size. My only suggestion is to provide more towels, as between showers and pool, we used a lot! Thanks to the owners for a great stay!

Disney stay

The house definitely looked liked the pictures . It was in a great area . It was big enough for my family and we enjoyed the amenities. Draw back to home , 4 out of the six rooms were warmer and uncomfortable. We are from Texas so we like cool rooms . The room to the right as you walk in the door was the worse . The two kid rooms and the other back room with bathroom were warm during day and night . We did open all doors , turn off lights while we were out to help cool it off . But every night was uncomfortable. We had to buy fans for those rooms . Also we know Florida has a bug problem but this house had a pretty big black ant issue . Had to call maintenance they brought a bug spray can and sprayed the areas but even still the front room to right and the swimming pool bathroom was covered with them throughout stay . The kids room that’s green had black ants and another black bug that was all in the bed infested I think . Spray did not help . We couldn’t use that bed . I did contact the owner once and she was responsive about the air . Nothing she could do other than leave it set at 72. The temp in the rooms where 75-78 . I was sweating every night . The maintenance crew did help remedy a few things when we first got there and we appreciated it . Outside the warm house and black ants it was a good stay . I would not do the house again because of that . But we thank the owner for trying .

This rental was exactly everything it was advertised to be! There were a few small bumps here and there (e.g., missing handle on one side of the toaster), but we do expect some minor things to manifest with any rental (this is, after all, a home people live in and make use of regularly). The major positives: the game room and pool were a big hit for our family; the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio was perfect; the owner was very responsive while we were onsite; and the neighborhood was quiet, easy to get to, and conveniently located near lots of options (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful home! Beautiful neighborhood!

This is a beautiful home in a well maintained neighborhood, in a gated community! The rooms are very spacious & the kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils & silverware! We loved having coffee by the pool in the morning & relaxing in the pool in the evening after a busy day! The owners are very nice & were quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 day stay

Place was as advertised. Plenty of kitchen dishes and towels. Could be a beautiful place if decor were updated, but it was consistent with the pictures. Our only complaint was lack of paper products - we only used 1/2 the bedrooms and ran out of TP and had to buy paper towels because there were none.

The house was in a great location, a short distance to each of the parks. It was well apportioned with whatever we needed. I especially liked that it was one story. I would definitely recommend it.

Superb location

A lovely property superbly situated for the theme parks. Easy to find with a large Walmart just up the road along with many restaurants. We would very happily stay there again if we return in a few years time

Disney 2023 vacation

Amazing home in a great location!

The description of this home did not do it justice. The pool and outdoor space is wonderful. The pool heat kept it a very comfortable temperature. The home has a very good layout and use of space. We were able to enjoy time inside and out as people wanted. The location of the home is easy to access and close to several restaraunts and attractions. We will definitely consider renting this property again!
