This beautiful home is located in the heart of the historic Sponge Docks fishing village in the enchanted town of Tarpon Springs on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The house is only steps to numerous Greek & waterfront restaurants, bakeries, boutique clothing, souvenir shops, fishing, sunset and dolphin tours, museums, art galleries, performing arts and a busy event calendar throughout the year. Voted best cultural small town in America. The residence is surrounded by all of it.

On the main level there are two bedrooms and two 3/4 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own 3/4 bath. A front living room leads into a large gourmet kitchen with island, a great place to eat & gather. There’s a breathtaking family room with 9' ceilings overlooking open space & the Turtle Cove Marina. There is lots of light throughout the home. Boat, Uber/Lyft to the house and you don't really need a car unless the beech is on the list. You can catch the town trolly to explore Dunedin and Clearwater beech.

Occupying the entire upstairs is the primary suite. It expands into a private screened in lanai. It is a wonderful place to take in sunsets, do yoga, relax. The suite has a loveseat, writing desk, walk in closet and full bath with a large soaking tub. It conveniently has its own washer & dryer. Windows on this upper story open it to the seagulls soaring and sunshine outdoors in all directions.

Visit our renowned beeches! There are two beautiful local beeches, Sunset Beech and Howard Park are a short drive from the house. Other favorites are Honeymoon Island State Park. From there you could ferry over to Caledesi Island. Whether strolling along the Sponge Docks or visiting local attractions, this location offers endless opportunities for explorations and enjoyment.
