Casa Pacifico is a newly built villa with three of the largest condominiums in the entire area. The Condo Toucan offers you 2.200 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Enjoy the 40.000 square feet garden with the BBQ Rancho, the sun terrace and the huge 4 meters by 20 meters (13 feet by 65 feet lap pool) pool, with a children's shallow end. A special feature of the accommodation is the extremely fast higt-speed Internet with 100 MBs and with over 1000 channels! To the apartment leads a safe staircase with handrail and anti-slip on each step. The staircase is flooded with natural light. It is air-conditioned and thus facilitates the ascent.
Playa Negra offers many small hotels and lodges as well as typical restaurants.
Visit the "Villa Deevena restaurant" just two blocks from the property. The Guide 3 star chef Patrick Jamon offers a varied selection of original dishes that are prepared by him and delight guests in a relaxed atmosphere. Me, Petra has the wonderful job of being able to let Casa Pacifico. I live in Costa Rica since 2015 and love the country more than before. I enjoy being awakened by the birds every day and witnessing the serenity of the ticos

Casa Pacifico is located on a 40.000 square feet large and enclosed property, which offers high security. The large garden and the huge pool invite to sports activities. The property is located just 350 meters from the Pacific Ocean, which can be easily reached on foot.
