1836 Emerald Beach Resort is a spacious coastal retreat offering the best of everything. This two bedroom, two bath plus hallway bunks property has everything you need. The private balcony is perfect place to gather with comfortable furnishings that over looks the worlds most beautiful beaches. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with double vanities, separate shower and tub. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a Full Futon bed. The dining room features a large table with six chairs and additional bar stools. The living area includes a flat screen TV, electric fireplace (romantic), upscale furnishings and coastal decor. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to meet your needs for a full dinner preparation or quick snacks. This condo will make your vacation last forever in your fondest vacation memories. This condo is a 1299 sq.ft condo located on the 18th floor of Emerald Beach Resort and is 1 mile East of Pier Park.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Amazing condo! Must book! Will be back!

This was an amazing condo, it had everything we needed and some. The condo was exactly as pictured! The furnishings were high quality and the place was immaculately cleaned. The patio ovean front was a God send to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean.

Spring Break Beach Vacation

It was a beautiful, cozy, oceanfront condo! Even smelled wonderful when you walked in! Plenty of sleep area and we had young kids, And a side note, a rented golf cart will get towed if put in the parking garage for the night. Responsiveness was amazing, would definitely visit again.

Family vacation

The room was nice and clean and we even had an early check in the only disappointing thing is u can hear the elevators all day and night in both bedrooms the place is under construction with long elevator waits even the escalator was down making getting around annoying we had 2 different occurances with 2 differnt kids spitting off the balconies one landed on my sons hat the others landed on our balcony and the railsrailinh gross!!

Beach Getaway

My wife and I found the property very comfortable and the location right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The listing was accurate and everything in the condo was in good repair. We enjoyed the close by restaurants and easy access to the beach.

Amazing vacation.

The place was perfect for us. The location was amazing. The view was beautiful. The building had everything we needed. The pizza and ice cream place inside the building was great. It was really nice having a full starbucks in the building. Communicating with the owners was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly Beach Vacation

Overall we had a very nice time this year. The condo was very accessible to what we wanted to do here. If I were to say one thing negative, it could have been cleaner and maybe a little more organized. We never did find the fan remote to the master bedroom, and found some things left behind from previous guest. The community and beach were wonderful. See you all next year.

Lovely Condo

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, very comfy beds and in a good location. Had several pools for the grandkids. The elevators were very fast as the condo is on the 18th floor. We also liked the room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Will stay there again sometime.

Beautiful Views

Our Family loved our stay. We enjoyed the views very much! The Location was really great. We learned quickly that parking on the 3rd level was the best parking, and which elevators to use. It was a wonderful vacation.

Family Vacation 2022

Emerald was a great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. We were on the 18th floor an the elevators were super fast. It was 8 people n our family that stayed an it was plenty of room. The balcony was awesome. We stayed n 1836 an it was very nice, clean an decorated great. The staff was awesome. We definitely will stay here again.

Beach Vacation

Booking process was very easy upon arrival no problem getting into our condo. Loved the Condo! Was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Wished they had a few more amenities. But overall a very beautiful place!!!

Comfortable Condo

This condo is well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very roomy and comfortable. Loved the comfortable master bed and the walk-in closet! The balcony furniture was excellent - which is necessary to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of PCB! The location is good - within walking distance to Pier Park and several restaurants.

This was a return trip for us. We love the condition of the beach and the location.

We rented this property just a few weeks prior to travel based in the units availability. Everything went smoothly. We booked the property, it was accepted. All the agreements were handled online and check-in information was provided in email. We had all the needed codes when we arrived and all the passes we needed were waiting in the room.

Good location

Spectacular view of the gulf. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The mattresses slept very good. Bring toilet tissue as only 1 roll per bathroom was provided for our stay of 3 days. Also bring condiments like salt and pepper, coffee, paper towel. If you plan to wash clothes bring detergent. Check in process was easy. It took several phone calls to reach Beach Getaway to inform we were leaving.

Met all our Family Needs

I’m in a wheelchair and I was traveling with my husband, 2 adult sons, a daughter in law, a 2yr old and a 7 month old! Our room was spacious with Beautiful views. We have a rambunctious, inquisitive 2 yr old that enjoyed looking off the balcony at the dolphins every evening. We were 1 mile from Pier Park so dining and shopping was so convenient. Our checkin process was a breeze as we received our room code early so we were able to get settled in after a long 8 hour drive. The elevators had super speed this trip which is a blessing when you are on the 18th floor and in a wheelchair 😳. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation and would recommend this condo to Anyone!

Trouble with checkin

We had several problems while there. They didn't leave our parking passes and that was a big hassle to get them. We didn't not have AC the whole stay and they finally came the last day we were there but, still didn't work. The dryer in the unit was not usable at all I did a load of towels and it took 2 1/2 hours to dry them so it was not worth doign any more. I was actually wondering if they could do a discount or some kind of refund of some because it was not the best honestly.
