Clean room, ocean view is amazing and walk down to beach. Only watchout is toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods provided are only 1, so bring your own or you can buy some at Walmart nearby.

As listed in the property description for you to read before and during your stay, we provide starter packs of all amenities, For example: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, 1 bottle of dish soap, a kitchen sponge, travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, hand soap, etc. This is market standard in our industry.

Lovely place. First time here, although we come to pbc once a year. Probably our favorite so far. No harassment from workers asking about wrist bands. Parking garage was easier to manage than other places. Very laid back environment. Host reached out and asked if we had arrived early, and if so to let them know, that they would let us check in early. We have never had anyone reach out to ask us if we've arrived early. So Very kind, made our day

Great place!

Condo was awesome. Great view of the beach and sunset. Super clean beach and great service with the umbrellas and loungers. Great location on the beach as it was private, yet close to all shopping and food! I will stay here every time!

Family Vacation

The property was great as advertised with clean rooms. The water would shutoff randomly then come back on, but other than that small inconvenience this was a great stay. No complaints.

Following your review, we had a technician from the resort stop by to replace the faulty sensor. Perfect!

We loved our stay here! Room was perfect and we loved having the 2 beach chairs everyday on the beach. Loved the balcony and watching all the wildlife in the water. Thank you for letting us stay, can’t wait to come back.

Weekend getaway

Great Views

Stayed 2/14 - 3/7. Beautiful view from our balcony. The condo was very spacious. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We enjoyed the both pool areas and the Skyline Bar. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well decorated. The rooms were nice and clean. The view was amazing. We could sit outside and see the wildlife swimming in the water. The porch was a nice size. We were a short elevator ride away from stepping onto the beach. Emerald beach resort property was nice too. With a starbicks downstairs, a gift shop and places to grab mixed drinks and food. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Place

The condo was beautiful. Very conveniently located right next to Runaway Island and across the street from amazing pizza, breakfast, home made ice cream, and souvenir shops. Loved having a starbucks in the condo. The host were super easy to communicate with. The bath was amazing!! Bed was so comfy with awesome comforters and throw blankets. We also loved the chair and ottoman next to the window in the bedroom. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Nice unit and the managers were easy ti contact and very responsive. Would recommend it!

Nice, updated decor. Great amenities for teens on rainy days! Elevators are fast and plenty of carts to load in and out easily accessible!! Walking to our favorite homemade ice cream across the street is very convenient and teens walked to go carts and mini golf !
