Each of Mountain Soiree floors has its own space where the whole gang can gather. The main floor’s living room includes a comfortable couch and an even more inviting HDTV with cable and a fireplace. After a day of skiing or snowboarding, the latter is sure to be one of the home’s most popular features!

Also on the main floor is the dining area. The handsome table seats the whole family in style. Or you can enjoy your meals outdoors on the deck. After sunset, bring your drinks out here and sip them while pointing out the constellations in the star-studded sky—what a blissful way to end the day!

You can cook alfresco too, courtesy of Mountain Soiree gas grill. But once you see the beautiful, well-appointed kitchen, you might be more than eager to work your culinary magic there. Stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and richly figured alder cabinets make cooking a pleasure. And the open layout means you can still watch TV or chat with the other while you stir and sauté.

The lower level’s lounge includes a roomy sectional sofa and another HDTV. There’s also plenty of seating downstairs where you can sit down for snacks or talk and enjoy each others company. " Also coming soon is a hot tub"" Check with office to see if it has been installed.
