First impression was how beautiful and spacious the cabin is then how clean everything is. Mindy is a great host who made it easy for us; Instructions so organized and detailed and precise and was quick to respond when I did have a question. Loved the fire pit, hot tub, and decks with plentiful seating and viewing opportunities and the lower level games and theater room gave us many things to do and relax in between our times exploring and enjoying the area. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and spacious bed/bathroom for each of us 4 couples which was awesome. We enjoyed our vacation very much and hope to visit again.

We have been coming to the mountains with our family and renting cabins for over 20 years. This cabin is now at the top of our list! It is beautiful, spacious, clean, well stocked, with an absolutely breathtaking view. This is all while being close to town, Dollywood, restaurants, and everything else you want to see or do. The owner has taken all of the guesswork out of this cabin rental. The cabin description is very accurate and communication with the owner is excellent. We have already booked our stay for Christmas.

We had a great time. Wonderful host. Beautiful property. We had everything we needed and more. Clean, looked exactly like the pictures, great info about the area from the host. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others. Thanks Mindy!

We will be coming back! Bella Vista was perfect for our mini family reunion summer vacation. Our group with kids ranging from 3-14 had plenty of space and were always with something to do during our downtime from activities in the Smokies. The views were incredible to take in over coffee on the decks. The amenities were easy to use (fire pit, grill, hot tub, game room, theater). The whole place was very clean and well maintained. The drive up was steep but not a problem for our minivan in the summer. The location was convenient for access to the park, activities, groceries and restaurants. Bella Vista was a great find and made our trip stand out from prior vacations.

The cabin was exactly as described and shown in the listing. While we thoroughly enjoyed the game room, movie theater, and rock wall, the view - from inside or on the deck - truly stole the show. If you are looking for an incredible view, this is definitely the place to stay.The road is easy to drive on, though there are some tight turns where you wouldn't want to encounter another vehicle. However, that is to be expected for a mountain location with such great views. We even saw three bears on the road, including one right by the cabin.This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views, making it the perfect home base for a vacation. As a side note to future guests, getting up early to see the sunrise off the left side of the deck is absolutely worth it.

Our family met at this beautiful home for a weekend together. We only wish we'd had more time to enjoy. We have stayed many places in Gatlinburg, but this has topped them all. The views were incredible with so much comfortable porch space to enjoy them. The kitchen was well stocked and there was so much to do in the house! It is very conveniently located to many attractions and this is a property we will be saving the info on for return visits. Hopefully longer. We also got the bonus of seeing a young bear walk down the hill beside the house. Parking was easy and we had plenty of room for everyone. There are so many places to stay and one house can look like so many others, but our whole family felt like this was an outstanding place to be and ant to come back.

Great family vacation location!

Bella Vista was a perfect location for our Smoky Mountain vacation with family. The home was very clean, spacious, well appointed and the view was spectacular! We could not have been more pleased with our selection of a vacation rental.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay at Bella Vista. Mindy was awesome along the way and the cabin was amazing. Our teens had stuff to do during the day and WiFi was great when we had to work remotely! It was so close to many attractions and easy to get to!

A crazy road to get to the house, but a great house. Was really close to Dollywood and Splash country! Sorry it wasn’t cool enough to use the fire ring.

We loved our stay at the Bella Vista! Everything was amazing! From the beautiful views to the game room, movie room and wonderful bedrooms we had more than we could have hoped for. The host Mindy was amazing to work with and we would love to return.

Great cabin!

Loved everything about this cabin. Details such as 2 refrigerators, granite countertops throughout, game room, and an incredible home theater make this a property we’ll want to visit again. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and foggy through most of the stay but with a cabin such as this, it’s a pleasure staying inside!

Majestic views

Great place to relax and enjoy family time. The view is amazing. We had to spend a day at the house due to heavy rains all day, and everyone in our group had something to do. Owner was very responsive. We would return and recommend!
