The Condo was decorated very nice. It was furnished with everything you would need. The main and only problem was the 2nd BR bed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. They need to get a new mattress.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, its décor, and how well it was stocked for your stay. Mattress comfort can be a bit of a “Goldilocks” situation—what feels too firm to one guest may be just right for another. That said, we appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass your comments regarding the second bedroom mattress along to the property owner for review. We hope to welcome you back for another Gulf Coast getaway!

Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is having the cleaning crew mop the floor better?.. we couldn't walk barefoot without our feet turning black. We had two littles running around feet would be black.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback—we’re so glad you enjoyed the amazing view, comfy beds, and sparkling clean space! We're sorry about the batteries. Our inspectors check each TV before arrival and photos show everything was working, so it sounds like they just ran out on you mid-stay. We would’ve been happy to drop some by if we’d known. We hope the rest of your getaway was nothing but relaxation and great memories, and we’d love to host you again!

2nd stay at ocean house 1

This is such a convenient place to stay. Perfect location and a lot of personal space for a condo. Other guest and staff have always been real friendly. This was our second time at this location and we will be back to Ocean house 1.

We didn’t get to enjoy your beach as intended. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized for4 days. Our toes never touched the sand. I’m ok now but was scare. We had to check out early. Hopefully another time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry your stay was cut short and that you weren’t able to enjoy the beach as planned. We’re glad to hear the condo itself was comfortable during your time with us, even though your trip didn’t unfold the way you expected. Our goal is always to provide a relaxing place to land and recharge, and we hope the home offered that, even briefly. We would truly enjoy the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay so you can fully experience the beach, the surroundings, and everything the area has to offer. When you’re ready to plan another visit, we hope you’ll keep us in mind.

End of Summer Trip

This is a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful ocean front view and a quick walk to the beach. The condo was very clean. The decor was welcoming and beautiful, not dated. We had a small electrical issue and maintenance was quick to respond & remedy the problem. Communication with the management was friendly and professional .There were plenty of kitchen utensils, dinnerware as well as a kurig, ®ular coffee pot, Bring your own essentials for meal prep. We will rent this place again.
