Godrevy View är en vacker fastighet med 2 sovrum som ligger bara 10 minuters promenad från St Ives huvudattraktioner och stränder. Fastigheten har en öppen planlösning (23 fot lång) med vakt tak och dubbla dörrar som vetter ut mot en dekorerad balkong - sittplatser inkluderar en stor, mitten av århundradet stil soffa och underbara fåtöljer. Matsalen har ett matbord och sittplatser för 6 och köket har helt integrerade apparater inklusive tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. De två sovrummen (en dubbelsäng och en tvilling) har dörrar som leder ut till en balkong och en nyanlagd trädgård med fantastisk utsikt över havet - perfekt för en avkopplande frukost eller en drink innan middagen.

One of the most fabulous accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location, we didn’t mind the steep hill as it kept us fit on holiday. 0.5 miles to Fore Street in St Ives. Neil clearly takes great pride in providing a beautiful place to stay. The little extras like providing soap, washing up liquid and tea and coffee helped too. We loved it here and will be back. Our two teenage daughters (17/19) also loved it. Thank you!

Perfect stay

All the previous 5 star reviews are correct, we had a great time and the house was fantastic. Spotless with all the facilities needed for a brilliant holiday. Could not fault it. Would 100% rebook.

We really had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in St Ives. The home was spacious and had everything one would require to feel at home.The garden was excellent for the doggies, also.Communication from the host was exemplary ensuring our 3 week stay was stress free.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking for a spacious property, with parking, only a very short walk from the centre of St Ives

Excellent stay in St Ives

This was a wonderfully comfortable stay. So clean and light. The photos are true. We fit 4 adults well. Location to town and beaches is really good especially if you don’t mind hills (shuttle nearby too). Having car spots was a real bonus.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

April, Easter holiday stay

Such a comfortable house. Really spacious interior. We we very lucky having a week of sunshine so were out most days on the beach but if weather had been poor, we would have been happy to relax in the house as it was so nice.We stayed with our dog and 8 year old child/ The secure garden makes it ideal to do so.Quite an easy walk down into St Ives from the house. Bit of a hill to climb on the return but it kept us feeling fit!Would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Relaxing time

We really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with parking or pretty much anything. It was clean and very user friendly ie tv, coffee,tea,sugar even the shower was good. Even our dog loved the garden. Any grumble would be the hill climb may be tough for some and the nearby co op was expensive but overall we would love to stay again sometime in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed here for two weeks, family of 4 with our pooch. We absolutely loved it. It was just what we wanted. Excellent facilities, brilliant location and fab communication from the owner. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Comfortable and fun place in St Ives

The property had everything we needed and host was really responsive and helpful. Location was great with nice views and an easy walking distance to St Ives town and beaches. Parking also really easy and hassle-free. The property has enough space for a family of 4 plusbdog. We appreciated the drying rack for wet beach gear.

Lovely well equipped holiday home

We very much enjoyed our stay in Neil’s house. There was everything you could ask for to make it a great home from home. Location was good although the hill is steep as other reviews suggest, it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a bus which runs nearby down into St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all a great week. Thanks Neil.

Beautiful St Ives

A lovely, light house within an easy walking distance from the centre of St Ives and it’s beaches. We took our two dogs who loved the very secure garden and the outdoor decking and the property benefits from having parking next to the house. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic week in St Ives

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a great week. Located a short (but steep) walk from the centre of St Ives it was ideally placed to access everything and we only used our car twice all week. Neil was more than helpful and ensured we had everything we needed and were happy. We would highly recommend staying at Godrevy View.

Fantastic stay at Godrevy View

We had a wonderful holiday at Godrevy View. It was absolute perfect for our needs and truly felt like a home from home for the week. The property is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect - it's approximately a 15/20 minute walk in to St. Ives (down quite a steep hill - which is good exercise walking back up!) And is a great base for exploring the other beaches and villages Cornwall has to offer. We definitely recommend this property.

Great location and Accommodation

This was a great location and property; it is out of the way and therefore quiet, it’s great for the dogs with a secure garden. The walk back is steep so please only rent if you are prepared to walk up hill or happy to get a bus. If you know St Ives there is a longer but less steep route back starting from back of the Surf School by the Tate modern.

Lovely holiday

We had a fantastic two week holiday in this well located house with great views across the bay. The house was well maintained and one of the best curated holiday houses we have stayed in, with all the rooms well laid out and equipped. Neil was a great host who responded promptly and helpfully to all our queries before we arrived. Having two parking spaces that were very easy to park in is a huge benefit in st Ives. Thanks very much for a great stay.
