You'll love the warm and welcoming ambience of the suite's living room, especially when you use the gas fireplace to warm up the room after an afternoon on the frosty slopes. Use the free WiFi and high-speed internet to research a new cuisine then get cooking in the full kitchen to prepare tonight's culinary masterpiece. The kids will love helping from the comfort of the breakfast bar barstools. Later, throw on a good movie with the DVD player and large TV.

Steamboat Ski Resort is sure to satisfy the hopes of any cold-weather enthusiast, but summer visitors have plenty to look forward to as well with hikes on Fetcher Pond, Sanctuary Trail, and Yampa River Core Trail. Take the kids to Howelsen Ice Arena, just four miles north, where they can watch games, take skate lessons, and enjoy ice-rink bumper cars!

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Not a good option if you like peace and quiet

The #1 reason to stay here is the location. It's a 5 minute walk to the main gondola square and other nearby businesses. The private garage is also nice, but beware that several people (including the cleaning staff) frequently like to park in front of it, so you'll likely to have to ask people to move their car if you're going anywhere. Unfortunately, there's zero sound proofing in the unit, and it can be obnoxiously loud when people are coming and going, especially in the master bedroom. Other reviewers complained, but I figured we could brave it, but I didn't consider the fact that there were spring breakers staying in the unit upstairs. It was a group of colllege-age guys and they were screaming and yelling, playing drinking games all 3 nights we stayed. This made sleep very difficult and I had to get up on two of the nights at 1 or 2am to ask people in the common space to please be quiet. Oh, and the description isn't clear, but this place has its own private sauna!! The description says it has a "shared sauna", and it does in the main building. But in the main bathroom outside the bedrooms, there's a sauna in what looks like a closet. We didn't discover it until the last night, otherwise we definitely would have used it. The listing also doesn't have any pictures to confirm this. Just FYI...

Summer in Steamboat

Frustrated with another property and how hot it was, we needed to change locations quickly. We were limited, as not many rentals have air conditioning, but found this unit. When we arrived, there was no hot water and we did not realize until after the office had closed. I called anyways and someone got back to be that night. The maintenance man was there to fix it within the hour and had resolved the problem quickly. He was extremely friendly and we were incredibly thankful. The floors were disgusting and turned our feet black so we kept our shoes on when walking around. Other than that, we loved our stay! Within walking distance from everything from the market and bistro to the ski village!

Gillade: Renlighet, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

A very comfortable condo within walking distance to the gondola. The unit was very clean and well equipped. There’s a nice pool and hot tub. The front desk staff are friendly and competent. Included indoor parking is a plus. There is also a free shuttle on call. Good restaurants are within a short walk.

19 BELOW ZERO

Everything worked and we were comfortable at 19 below zero. Fireplace was great, just turn the thermostat up and down. Great location and the van service was amazing. Longest wait was maybe 20 minutes one time, the drivers were great. The condo had everything we needed.

Close to the slopes

Short walk (9 min) to the gondola or Christie Lift. Also, shuttle comes right by front door in the AM for a ride if needed. The garage was great. Warm, secure, and we stored our skis and poles in there every day.
