• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 7-10 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Would stay again

The condo was perfect for our golf weekend & close to Beach Club & all of Sea Pines. Very clean & attention to details & updates to furnishings & bathrooms. * Only note would be we killed a couple “Palmetto Bugs/Roach” & brought one home in my suitcase. We are aware that this is common but may need a little extra attention & treatment😊 This would not hinder us from renting again.

Home away from home

Great Sea Pines Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. We love it. Location is great. Unit is so nicely furnished and equipped with everything we need. Beverly Serial's properties are top notch and undeniably the nicest units we've stayed in. The only thing was that the touchpad didn't work properly when we arrived so we had to use the key the whole time we were there (no big deal) even though we called upon arrival and also emailed the next day to get a new code. And, the dryer was not working well on the general timed drying setting but we found that it would work on another setting so we solved that issue.

Cleanest Pet Friendly Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our little dog with us. Normally, pet friendly places come at the sacrifice of cleanliness. This place was clean far beyond our expectations. My only negative is that the mattresses are at end of life.
