Fantastiskt 2 sovrum / 2 bad Admiraler Rad med havsutsikt. Vår villa ligger bara 100 meter till stranden. Vår gated community resort erbjuder en fantastisk familjesemesterplats som har aktiviteter för alla åldrar (tennis, golf, bad, minigolf i närheten, skaluppsamling, cykling och mycket mer). En lekplats finns också på plats. Försena inte - boka din semester nu till våra fantastiska priser.

Vår villa har nyligen uppdaterats; nytt kylskåp med ismaskin (augusti 2019), strandvagn för att transportera dina föremål till stranden, nytt kakelgolv i hela villan; köket har alla apparater, ny handfat / kran & disposer; nymålade hela; drottning bäddsoffa (maj 2019 helt ny) och två sidostolar i LR. Helt ny TV i andra sovrummet (maj 2019). Hyresavgiften inkluderar sängkläder och handdukar för upp till sex semesterfirare. Två pooler på plats, en är öens största pool, den mindre poolen är endast för semesterfirare i Admirals Row och mycket nära enheten. Den stora poolen ligger två enheter bort och har även The Boardwalk Beach and Grill, som har mat och kalla drycker. Säsongsaktiviteter för barn och vuxna träffas vanligtvis på 'Beach and Grill'. Njut av närliggande / fina middagar samt mästerskapsgolfbanor. Inomhusrestauranger på platsen är CocoNutz och Gator'z.

Stranden är lätt att nå eftersom varje grupp av villor har sin egen strandpromenad som leder till stranden.

Vår enhet ligger bara några steg från tvättmöjligheterna tvärs över korridoren och hissen ligger precis intill vår villa så inga promenadtrappor och det är väldigt tyst att du aldrig kan höra det eller ens vet att det är så nära.

Vår villa är en rökfri villa. Anläggningen tillåter inte husdjur.

Condominium and resort have a lot to offer when vacationing and also its proximity to the ocean is a plus. The condominium was clean with all the necessaries provided to make ones stay enjoyable. We truly had a relaxing time and certainly will return.

Great resort, great room

We had multiple rooms at this resort and this was probably the best. Clean, nice layout. Large balcony with a peak at the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and pickleball courts.

Comfortable stay and close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head beach condo! It was perfect for my wife, our 1-year-old son, and me. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, meeting all our needs. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and even closer to a nice pool, it was ideally located. The resort was also a convenient 10-minute drive to great restaurants. We loved it so much that we’ll definitely seek this spot again on our next visit to the island!

Perfect place to stay for a perfect vacation

For a first time visit to Hilton Head Island, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Convenient to the beach, pools, restaurants, shopping, and great walking/biking trails, this is the best place we could have stayed. Check-in was a breeze and any correspondence resulted in a quick response from Tom and Carolee. Will definitely stay there again on a return trip!

Perfect condo in the perfect place!

This condo is located in a great part of the island-it’s easy to get everywhere. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towel drying hooks (usually a need at beach locations). The property owner is friendly and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!

Awesome place

The property delivers as advertised. Clean and stocked with beach gear. The pools were a nice break from the beach. Great convenience to the beach, great location on the island, close to restaurants and shopping. Thank you to Tom and his family for sharing their home. We will definitely be back.

Will be staying here again!

Wonderful location , plenty of room, and very clean. Our family of five had a wonderful time and we plan on booking here again next year! Short walk to the beach and right next to the smaller pool on the property. Property also has some things you can use for the beach such as a wagon and chairs which was so wonderful it helped us tremendously. I’ve spoke with Tom a couple of times before our stay and he was very responsive and kind. All around you can not go wrong with booking here!

Perfect Family Stay

This is a great condo for families or those looking for a place that feels like home! The condo had everything we needed; plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, extra blankets and supplies for enjoying the beach! The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, yet conveniently located near the 3rd floor elevator. The admirals row pool is very close to this room! The owners were kind and easy to communicate with, prompt in their responses! We will definitely be booking this room for our next vacation!

Great location

The location of the property and unit was perfect. The property was clean however it could definitely use a refresh update in all rooms. Master tub/ shower needs complete redo even though it was clean, the on-site appearance didn’t look clean.

October stay

The property is exactly as the pictures show it to be. It is very clean, the elevator is close by, and very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our stay here, and I would definitely stay here again. Tom was very attentive, by touching base with me to make sure everything was good.

Great location nice property. The queen bed was a little soft for us. There were people staying above us making a lot of noise in the night 4-5am in morning waking us up .

Thank you for choosing to stay at our condo. We the Harkins family includes Carolee & Tom, children Kristen (Tim), Thomas (Sam), Jessica, Nicole (Jadian) and Brian. Carolee & Tom have been enjoying Hilton Head since 1980. We have had several family reunions here and our children have been coming to HH since 1984.

Hilton Head has always been a favorite spot for our family, and hence the decision to purchase a condo here. We chose Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club as tennis is also a passion in our family--plus you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! Beside tennis, we enjoy bicycling around the Island and it is a great place for that -- on the paths and on the beach!
