Enjoy fun days in the sand and breathtaking nightly sunsets over the water from this beachfront home.

House Highlights: 3 bedroom/1.5 bath, Bay front with beautiful bay and sunset views, direct beach access across the street, fire pit, outdoor shower, fast wi-fi & cable, an oversized deck with grill, and dog friendly. Accommodates 6 people.

This home has been lovingly updated and is perfect for couples, friends, and families alike.

About the location: The home is located on the bay side of Cape May. It’s located in a residential area that is far from the crowds and feels very private. The bay is calm with gentle waves, and is perfect for SUPing, floating, kayaking, and wading/ swimming. It’s fantastic for kids.

We welcome you to Seize the Bay and be a part of something truly special.

Perfect post season stay

We stayed in late September. Crowds were gone but the weather was beautiful! The water was perfect! This house is perfectly situated with great views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets! The house is very comfortable and has everything we needed to enjoy the week! Short drive to stores and restaurants and short drive to the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! The owner responded to all questions quickly and was very pleasant. Great experience overall!

Great Stay & Great Location!

We stayed here as a family vacation, 5 adults child under 1 and a dog. We had an amazing time during our stay and the house was great. You truly cannot beat the location and views! We spent much of our time on the deck outside when we weren't at the beach. Would definitely recommend this locations to others and would stay again. The only thing I will say is the people who stayed prior to us definitely did not follow instructions to sweep or vacuum any sand. The cleaners did their best but please remember that other people are going to arrive after you and try to take care of the property as if it were your own!

Wonderful Cosy Spot on the Bay

This place is a little gem on the bay. We enjoyed each day of our stay, even on the rainy day it was wonderful to sit inside and watch the dolphins on the bay with hot tea! The house is put together so nicely and creates ideal spaces to hang out on the porch, the two living room areas and the dining room, and each has wonderful views of the bay. The home was perfectly clean and thoughtfully furnished and provided things we needed! The bay beach is very relaxing. On a day with calm waters we rented a kayak from Miss Chris Kayaks that was delivered and made a great afternoon activity. We also rode our bikes along the bay down to the canal.

Great Week in North Cape May

We had a lovely week at this bay front house. The views are lovely and you can’t beat the “commute” time to the beach ( a 1 minute walk - if you walk slow)! The house is very clean with nice floor and comfy furniture in blues and greens. The beds are a bit hard - but that’s a personal preference thing. The bedrooms are nice with clean bedspreads and pillows. The second queen bedroom is up a tight circular staircase, which might be a problem for some folks but was fine for us. The upstairs bedroom has its own 1/2 bath, which is very convenient, and a window a/c, which works very well. The view from this bedroom is great. The dining table is nice and large and the living room with flat screen tv is comfortable and nice. The bonus room in the front has great views and would be a lovely place to relax with a book on a cloudy day - but we didn’t have any clouds. Emily is a pleasure to deal with - lighting fast responses from the moment I inquired about the property. We had a few minor glitches ( the dishwasher didn’t work despite a lot of work by the repairman) but Emily was upfront and helpful ( and very apologetic). I would highly recommend this property, and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!
