Vår fastighet ligger bara 4 kvarter från stranden och Washington St Mall. Gatan är väldigt tyst. Detta är en enhet på andra våningen MED OFF STREET PARKERING !!!! INGEN METERFODNING ELLER Kämpar för en plats.
Bekvämligheter inkluderar sovrum med badkar, 2: a badrummet, tvättstuga, fullt kök, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, TV i vardagsrummet sovrummet och sovrum 2, full WIFI-åtkomst, två gasgrillar, central luftkonditionering. ALLA 3 sovrum var bara uppdaterade med nya sängar, madrasser och möbler. Vi tillhandahåller inte lakan och sängkläder men det finns tjänster i området som ger dem till en liten avgift. Great Cape May Christmas

We have stayed at Dave’s property several times for the days around Christmas. Everything is always perfect. The house is well appointed & stocked with anything you will need. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Washington Street mall & about the same to the beach. Communications are always easy & prompt. Hopefully we will be back in 2025!

Perfect Location!

This place was so cozy and adorable! We walked to almost everything and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and everything was VERY clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Off season week with the dog

Great stay in a great neighborhood. Easy off street parking with everything in walking distance. At first I thought it was weird that we needed to provide sheets and towels but honestly, it was nice to have our own linens and blankets. Quick walk to beach and great restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Girls Getaway

Our stay was perfect. Very relaxing and close to both shopping and the beach. We found an unexpected adventure in the candle making just 2 blocks away. David was the best host. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Comfortable Hous3

5 ladies traveled to Cape May to celebrate milestone birthday. The lage table in the kitchen, the kitchen living room area and the outside seating area were perfect for gathering and spending time together. The bedrooms were spacious. The house was clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to Washington Square and local restaurants. Plenty of parking, too!

Fall family time

Comfortable, clean and inviting space for a generational family gathering! We had all we needed including a great location on a quiet street but walkable to many attractions. Highly recommend!

Somethings could be better

Did not enjoy bringing all the bed linen and towels . That’s a lot of extra laundry when you get home . The storm door has a broken handle making it difficult to enter. It was a good location. Across the street is a VFW which was quite noisy

Cape May vacay

428 Congress Street was a great place to stay. So close to the beach - a very short half a mile walk. The neighborhood was pleasant. The house itself was great and clean. Easy communication with owner. My granddaughter even made friends a couple of houses down. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back next year! Mckays

July 2024 on Congress Street

Property was perfect for our family of 6 18+ year olds. Very clean, great deck, great location, easy parking in driveway, easy walk to beach and Washington street mall. We have stayed many years in "downtown" closer to convention hall but wanted to try this area further south. We loved it and will be coming back!

A short Cape May visit

We were in Cape May for a couple days of birding. David was very accommodating when there was a snow storm and another personal issue that caused us to postpone the trip twice! The apartment was just right - spacious enough yet cozy, clean and well equipped. We would return happily.

Perfect vacay spot!

Went with a group of friends at the beginning of June for our first beach getaway together and we had a wonderful time! Property was just as described, cozy and clean with a very homey feel. It really is in the best location to walk pretty much anywhere in downtown Cape May. It is also pet friendly which is a huge plus. I had messaged Dave requesting to bring my pet bird - something he’s never had someone ask before lol - and he was more than accommodating. When my friends and I left, we were already talking about plans to return. We will definitely stay here again!

Cape May, NJ is a great family place to vacation at the Jersey Shore. This property has a ton of great restaurants and activities all within quick walking distance. Before you arrive, book a dinner reservation for your first night at Sapore Italiano. It is located right at the end of our block. Bring a few bottles of your favorite wine and walk down for a great dinner on your first night. Atmosphere is great and they will not disappoint!
