Enjoy an open floor plan with 10 ft. ceiling & gorgeous high end designer finishes. Single car attached garage w/ keypad entry, beach chairs, tandem bicycle & gated yard. Conveniently the laundry room w/ washer & dryer is on 2nd flr.
Gorgeous master suite has a built-in coffee bar and balcony to walk out and enjoy the white water views. Oversize beautiful walk in spa like shower & walk in closet.
Perfectly located in Imperial Beach, a quiet beach community just south of Coronado and Downtown San Diego where from the sweeping rooftop views you can see it all. You can walk for miles, both north and south, on uncrowded beaches. Imperial Beach and Coronado also have many miles of ocean and bayside bike trails. The Tijuana Estuary and National Wildlife Refuge both have hiking trails and over 300 species of native or migrating birds. There is also a site just south of us that has guided beach trail horseback riding. We also have a beach front outdoor fitness court across the street.
You can cook your meals at the house or walk to the many restaurants in the area. Our home is across the street from Toasted an oceanfront restaurant and Aroma Thai. We are within a block of Katy's Cafe & Pizzeria Luigi. Within 2 blocksâ of Brigantineâ Oyster Bar, Michael Hess Brewery, Filippiâsâ Pizza Grotto, Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen, and El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant
