Wonderful holiday villa in Playa Blanca

We had booked the villa for 3 weeks. The communication with both house owner as keyholder were perfect. The villa was very suitable for a wheelchair person as well. We could appreciate the excellent service given by Stephane very much. The villa is very spacious, modern and located in a quiet area close to the town of Playa Blanca. We will for sure come back !

Villa eden

There was a problem with ants in the kitchen on arrival but once that was sorted out we had a good stay. The villa is very well equipped with everything you might need and the pool and outside area is lovely. Stephane is very welcoming and communication with him was excellent. Be aware that the studio with the 4th bedroom is not included in the price advertised on Vrbo. This was not stated on the English version of the site but hopefully is rectified now to avoid any further confusion.

Lovely property with good pool

The property was well set up with plenty of crockery etc and excellent appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. On the down side it was missing some basics such as an oven cloth for handling hot items, a starter of soap in the bathrooms and cleaning materials which we had to purchase. Some basic food items such as salt and pepper would be valued. None of these are costly and would be appreciated. There was no cleaning or change of linen provided in the 10 days we were there though the pool was serviced about half way through. A welcome pack of a few basics including milk was supplied.

We have just returned from a lovely week. Very private, lovely villa which looks exactly as the photos. Excellent communication and very smooth check in/out process. Will definitely look to stay again

We had an excellent week. Villa even better than we expected, and much bigger than the pictures portray. Pool was fantastic for our young family, and really well heated. Stephane was a great host! We will be back…

Well looked after villa

We stayed for a month. The villa was lovely but maybe needs more implements in the kitchen. We added a few bits. I suspect it has not been let very long as everything seemed new. The villa manager was very good and helpful.

Beautiful villa in a quiet residential area completely private with everything we needed. About a fifteen minute walk to the beach /shops but we had a car which was a must in the heat. Great communication with the property owner and the property manager

Fantastic villa

First time staying in playa Blanca and it was a lovely place with everything you need but not busy. Ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxed vibe. The villa, was beautiful and alot bigger then I thought (photos don’t do it’s justice in size) Nice and spacious with a nice homely feel. Felt comfortable straight away. Arielle was good at replying to my questions and was very helpful. Stephane who greeted us was really nice and helpful and showed us around the villa and we had some some food supplies gifted which was appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for him and was helpful and friendly. I’m hoping this won’t be our last stay here as it was a stunning villa. Many thanks😊

Amazing holiday and wonderful villa

We had a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote and the villa definitely contributed to the overall experience. Communication with Arielle was quick and informative and check-in with Stephane couldn't be better. Stephane showed us around, left us a welcome pack and most importantly for my daughter showed her where the pool inflatables were so she could dive straight in! Pool area was lovely, private, not overlooked and sheltered. We spent a lot of time out there using it, we had really good weather so cooling off in the pool was a treat. That's not to say the pool is cold, it was nicely heated, it was just really hot when we were in Lanzarote. We had a car so everything we needed was within a 5 mintue drive. But you could easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. We preferred to head down to the marina for an ice cream or something to eat which was about 10mins (at the most) by car. All the facilities were as described and very clean. The access to beach towels is really good saving you on your luggage allowance. If I could add one thing it might have been a Radio/Bluetooth speaker by the pool area, but I can understand why it might not be there. You wouldn't want someone blasting out their music disturbing the peaceful neighborhood. I know I would have been annoyed if the neighbours had been doing that to us. I would 100% recommend the villa and no doubt if we return to Lanzarote in the future we'll be booking back in here. Big thanks to Arielle and Stephane.

A wonderful family holiday!

We had a wonderful family holiday in Villa Eden, it was perfect! We were met by Stephane on arrival who quickly and efficiently took us through the check-in process and showed us around the villa making sure we were happy with how everything worked. We were greeted by a delicious welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated! The villa was close enough to all amenities for us as a family, we enjoyed going for a stroll to the shops to get bits and pieces when we needed them, and also walked to the marina several times! The children absolutely loved the pool and spent many hours swimming and splashing about and were fascinated by the fruit trees in the front garden. We were very sad to leave and would absolutely love to come back again. We have already highly recommended the villa to family members looking to holiday in Playa Blanca.

Inmejorable!

Villa de lujo, no puedo definirlo de otra manera. Nueva, decorada con muchísimo gusto, bien equipada, con un patio espectacular, piscina increíble, intimidad total y una zona exterior cubierta con sofás y mesa donde pasamos la gran mayoría del tiempo. Comunicación con Arielle y Stephane muy rápida y cordial. Firmaría que todas mis vacaciones fueran en un lugar como este.

Great comms with the host during the booking and in the build up. Great comms with property manager during our stay. Home from home essentials and luxury items plus air can and a decent pool. Would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful stay at Villa Eden

We stayed two weeks at Villa Eden in May. Spacious, clean, fantastic pool, close but not too close to Playa Blanca town centre. Communications with Arielle- very easy, informative. Stephane was there to greet us on arrival to run through the villa set up. He also gave us some helpful tips about the area. A very gracious host and lovely to speak with. He had a starter pack for us upon arrival - Yaiza wine (delicious!) and some other snacks. Car is not essential but we did have one. Walk into town is about 20 min. And choice of left (Rubicam area) or right (Playa Blanca). There is a bus - No. 30 - that takes you either directions and runs every hal hour. If you are brave, you can download the rental scooter app (Link), another option to get around. Villa highlights include: • Excellent wifi • Extensive tv channel selection • Pool - the pool for me was a highlight- the way the sun moves, at Villa Eden, the pool isn’t shaded through the course of the day, which is perfect. Stephane cleans it weekly. • Off-street parking • Electric gate • Security alarm • Quiet location Definitely will book again! Thank you very much, Elizabeth & Jason

Wonderful!

We stayed one week in Villa Eden and we enjoyed every minute. The house is perfectly equipped and allows recreation from beginning til end. The final asset is Stephane who has been available all time in case of need, very service-minded and friendly. Whenever we will return to Lanzarote, we will definitely stay at Villa Eden.

Tolle Villa, modern, sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet mit ausreichend großem, warmen und sauberen Pool. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt war stets unkompliziert und sehr sehr freundlich. Vor Ort ist eine sehr kompetente und freundliche Person - er ist immer für einen da und das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Sogar eine sehr gute Flasche Wein und div. Essen für den Anfang hat man uns bereitgestellt. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir können dieses Feriendomizil absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder. Great Villa, modern and very clean and adequately equipped, with a really big enough, clean and warm Pool. Everything very elegant furnished. Contact the owner before, during and after the stay was always straightforward, and very very friendly. On location there is a very nice guy who is absolut competent and very friendly - he reached out for us all the time - and this is not a matter of course! Actually we got a bottle of very good wine and some food for the beginning! Thanks a lot! We can recommend this location and will come back again. Thank you

Arielle est disponible et réactive pour tous les échanges avant le départ. A l’arrivée et durant le séjour Stéphane est également très disponible. La villa est superbe (propre, confortable, bien équipée). La grande piscine a été un régal pour les enfants et leurs parents. La plage et les commerces sont facilement accessibles même à pieds. Bref des vacances au top sur cette île dépaysante qui est propice aux petites balades, au repos et au farniente. Nous recommandons. Marie et Christophe.

Arrivées dans une maison encore mieux que sur les photos ! Des échanges en français avant le départ avec Arielle, la propriétaire, très accessible et réactive et des échanges avec Stéphane, qui se trouve pas loin de la maison ce qui est rassurant ou pratique pour le moindre soucis Vraiment pas déçues, arrivées dans une maison propre, équipée entièrement, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine ! Merci Arielle et Stéphane ❤️
