Love this adorable A-frame for our lovely 3 day escape. Everything was immaculate, welcoming, and very comfortable, and the owners were so very gracious and helpful. Highly recommend a visit to A Shore Thng.

Great Spot!

This was perfect for me and my two kids! Beach access and parking was easy! I spent so much time on the deck having my morning Diet Coke and a glass of wine at night! It had a nice breeze and friends that came to visit were so impressed by the house and location! The bedroom was big enough to put blow up mattresses in and the house provided most everything we needed! I loved this rental and am hoping to return next year!

A A frame

This immaculate A-frame has everything you need for a peaceful stay in Niantic! The beach was calm and beautiful, a short drive to Niantic center for dinner or Tony D’s for ice cream; delicious, and the special welcome gift from the host was greatly appreciated and enjoyed! We def. plan to stay longer and hopefully visit again sooner! Cheers!

Amazing beach Cottage

Came back home to the beach and couldn't be happier staying here. Perfect little cottage. Super easy walk to the beach. Perfect location. Quiet. Owners were super responsive for anything and even left us a postcard and a treat upon arrival. Easy check in and out. Has a Keurig for your morning coffee. Wifi is great. I worked all week with not 1 problem or flicker. Bring your own board games if that's your thing. Bring your own spices if you're staying longer than a few days and want to cook. Truly Lovely place and owners! Can't wait to summer here again!!

Cute, beachy home in great location

The house is well stocked and very clean (it smelled wonderful as well). Great communication from the owner, she even checked in to make sure we had no issues accessing the home. The fire pit & tiki bar are a great addition. There's a Costco and Stop & Shop nearby that we stopped at to stock up. We swam at Hole in the Wall Beach a few times (it is pretty small so I imagine it probably fills up quick in the summer, we stayed in October). Notable places are Cafe Sol (really good cold brew coffee & sandwiches) and Il Pomod'oro restaurant (their pizza is boss). We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Getaway

My Mom, Myself and my six year old had the perfect stay at this sweet beach getaway. It was a super easy check in process and the owner was always responsive. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach morning and evening and during the day it was great spot to explore other nearby towns. The house has everything you need including for the beach. The attention to detail with snacks and water were great. It was great end of summer vacation for us. We will be back!

Cute getaway!

What a quaint little getaway. Clean and just the perfect size for an amazing stay. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to enjoy some relaxing time.

Great "Staycation"!

We had a great time staying at A Shore Thing. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. We had everything that we needed and the owners were great and helpful. The near by private beach was wonderful. The town of Niantic is near by with great restaurants and shopping. It was great to get away for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful seaside getaway

We had a wonderful week! The house was perfect and super close to the private beach. We drove to the beach since we had my 3 year old with us ..absolute perfect location. The house is close to just about everything , grocery store, restaurants , book barn , ect. Sandy was a fantastic host..she even left us pastries and a beach ball (for my son) . We had an awesome time. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming clean adorable chalet

My stay at a shore thing was very relaxing. All the convenience of home. Very beautiful beach just a short hike down the road. I would definitely recommend this listing.
